Claims (2)
- 下部電極となる基板上に、表面に一部領域を除いて他方導電型の半導体部が形成された多数個の一方導電型の結晶質半導体粒子の前記一部領域がそれぞれ接合されているとともに、前記半導体部上に第1上部電極が形成され、隣り合う前記結晶質半導体粒子間に前記基板上および前記第1上部電極の下部を覆い、かつ前記第1上部電極の上部を露出させて絶縁体が形成され、該絶縁体および前記第1上部電極の前記上部を覆って第2上部電極が形成されていることを特徴とする光電変換装置。
- 前記第1上部電極の前記下部の厚みが前記一部領域側で薄くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光電変換装置。
