Claims (8)
- シャンク(13)の軸方向に貫通孔(9)を形成し、一端にヘッド部分(15)を設けるとともに他端にねじ孔領域(18)を設けた前記シャンク(13)の前記ねじ孔領域(18)と前記ヘッド部分(15)との間に薄肉円筒部(12)を配置し、
さらに、
(A)前記薄肉円筒部(12)の前記軸方向の中央部に、前記薄肉円筒部(12)の外径よりも大きな一定外径のラジアルカラーを放射状に一体的に取り付けた厚肉円形延設部(11)を有して前記薄肉円筒部(12)を2つに分け、前記2つに分けられたそれぞれの前記薄肉円筒部の外径および厚さが均一であり、且つ、前記2つに分けられたそれぞれの前記薄肉円筒部の前記軸方向のそれぞれの当初長さが、前記厚肉円形延設部(11)の前記軸方向の長さよりも大きく形成し、前記ねじ孔領域(18)と前記ヘッド部分(15)と前記厚肉円形延設部(11)と前記2つの薄肉円筒部とで前記軸方向の全長を成す前記シャンク(13)の構造、
あるいは、
(B)前記薄肉円筒部(12)の前記軸方向の中央部に、前記薄肉円筒部(12)の硬度より硬い硬度の円環状領域(31)を有して前記薄肉円筒部(12)を2つに分け、前記2つに分けられたそれぞれの薄肉円筒部および前記円環状領域(31)の外径および厚さが均一であり、且つ、前記2つに分けられたそれぞれの前記薄肉円筒部の前記軸方向のそれぞれの当初長さが、前記円環状領域(31)の前記軸方向の長さよりも大きく形成し、前記ねじ孔領域(18)と前記ヘッド部分(15)と前記円環状領域(31)と前記2つの薄肉円筒部とで前記軸方向の全長を成す前記シャンク(13)の構造
の前記(A)若しくは前記(B)の構造を含むねじ式ブラインド挿入体において、
前記軸方向に前記シャンク(13)を押圧して前記全長を短くした変形を行なった場合、
前記シャンク(13)は、前記硬度の硬い円環状領域(31)あるいは前記厚肉円形延設部(11)以外の前記2つの薄肉円筒部それぞれで座屈し、
前記2つの座屈部分それぞれの最大外径が、前記ねじ孔領域(18)および前記ヘッド部分(15)の外径と、前記厚肉円形延設部(11)あるいは前記円環状領域(31)のいずれかの外径と比べて大きくなることを特徴とするねじ式ブラインド挿入体。 - 前記ヘッドの下側に隣接して設けたフランジ(17)を有し、このフランジ(17)の外径を前記薄肉円筒部(12)の外径よりも大きく設定し、かつ前記ヘッド部分(15)の直径よりも小さく設定した請求項1記載のねじ式ブラインド挿入体。
- 前記ヘッド部分(15)の外周面にねじれ防止手段を設けた請求項2記載のねじ式ブラインド挿入体。
- 前記ねじれ防止手段がローレット(16)である請求項3記載のねじ式ブラインド挿入体。
- 前記円環状領域(31)を前記シャンク(13)の熱処理によって形成した請求項1記載のねじ式ブラインド挿入体。
- 前記円環状領域(31)を加熱によって硬化させた材料のバンドである請求項5記載のねじ式ブラインド挿入体。
- 前記円環状領域(31)以外の前記シャンク(13)をアニーリングすることによって形成した請求項6記載のねじ式ブラインド挿入体。
- 前記円環状領域(31)の両側に前記アニーリングによって軟化した材料を結合した請求項7記載のねじ式ブラインド挿入体。
