Claims (1)
- 固定型と可動型により形成される金型キャビティを有し、前記金型キャビティで成形した樹脂成形品の表面に被覆を施す塗料注入機を備え、前記塗料注入機を配した側の金型キャビティ面側に温度センサーを取り付けた型内被覆成形用金型を用いて、前記金型キャビティに樹脂を射出充填した後、前記塗料注入機により、樹脂成形品と金型キャビティとの間に塗料を注入する際、前記温度センサーで注入した前記塗料の温度を測定することにより、前記塗料の注入完了後の塗料の温度上昇における最高温度をピーク温度として検出して、前記塗料の注入完了から前記ピーク温度に達するまでの時間が2〜5秒の範囲内であるかを判定し、前記範囲外である場合、次の型内被覆成形時に前記塗料の注入完了から前記ピーク温度に達するまでの時間が2〜5秒の範囲に入るように、前記塗料の注入開始のタイミングを制御する型内被覆成形方法。
