Claims (6)
- 芯材と、熱溶着層とガスバリア層と保護層とを有するラミネート構造の外被材とを備え、前記熱溶着層が融点200℃未満の樹脂フィルムからなり、前記保護層が融点200℃以上のフィルムからなるもので、前記芯材を前記外被材で覆って内部を減圧して芯材周囲を熱溶着により封止したときに形成される外被材のヒレ部を、相対する断熱面の低温側に折り曲げたことを特徴とする真空断熱材。
- ガスバリヤ層をポリエチレンナフタレートフィルムに金属、金属酸化物、シリカのいずれかの1つの蒸着が行われ、その上にアクリル酸のコーティングを行ったものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の真空断熱材。
- ガスバリヤ層をポリエチレンナフタレートフィルムにアクリル酸のコーティングを行い、その上に金属、金属酸化物、シリカのいずれかの1つの蒸着が行われたものであることを特徴とす請求項1記載の真空断熱材。
- 少なくとも一方の面のガスバリア層を、アラミド系フィルムに、金属、金属酸化物、シリカのいずれかを蒸着したフィルムとした請求項1記載の真空断熱材。
- 熱溶着層を無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムとしたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちいずれか一項記載の真空断熱材。
- 保護層をフッ素系樹脂又はイミド系樹脂のフィルムとしたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のうちいずれか一項記載の真空断熱材。
