Description
Claims (10)
- レーザ光を供給する光源部と、
前記光源部からの前記レーザ光の波長を変換する波長変換素子と、
温度を計測する温度計測部と、
前記温度計測部による計測結果に基づいて前記波長変換素子の温度を調節する温度調節部と、
前記波長変換素子へ伝導させる熱を拡散させる熱拡散部と、を有し、
前記熱拡散部は、前記波長変換素子の側に設けられた第1面、及び前記第1面とは反対側に設けられた第2面を備え、
前記熱拡散部は、前記熱拡散部の前記第2面に設けられ、前記温度計測部に接続される接続部を有し、
前記熱拡散部の前記第2面のうち前記接続部が設けられた部分以外の部分に設けられた絶縁層をさらに有し、
前記接続部は、前記絶縁層より熱伝導率が高いことを特徴とする光源装置。 - 前記接続部に当接する第1のランドを含む配線パターンを有し、
前記温度計測部は、前記第1のランドと導通していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源装置。 - 前記熱拡散部は、金属部材を用いて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記熱拡散部及び前記絶縁層を備え、前記波長変換素子を支持する支持部と、
前記支持部が配置された基板と、を有し、
前記支持部は、前記絶縁層が設けられた部分を用いて前記基板上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記熱拡散部を備え、前記波長変換素子を支持する支持部と、
前記支持部が配置された基板と、を有し、
前記支持部は、前記波長変換素子が設けられた部分以外の部分を用いて前記基板上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記熱拡散部を備え、前記波長変換素子を支持する支持部を有し、
前記接続部は、前記支持部の略中心位置を通過する中心線上に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の光源装置。 - 前記熱拡散部は、前記接続部、及び前記接続部の周囲の部分の間における熱の伝導を低減させる断熱部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光源装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光源装置を有し、前記光源装置からの光を用いて被照射物を照明することを特徴とする照明装置。
- 請求項8に記載の照明装置と、
前記照明装置により照明された被写体を撮像する撮像部と、を有することを特徴とするモニタ装置。 - 請求項8に記載の照明装置と、
前記照明装置からの光を画像信号に応じて変調する空間光変調装置と、を有することを特徴とするプロジェクタ。
