Claims (4)
- 保持部材の一面に保持されて膜状の被検体を挟持可能に対向配置された一対の電極と、前記電極と前記保持部材との間に介装された緩衝材と、を具備する電極構造体と、
前記電極が前記被検体を挟持する向きに前記保持部材を加圧する加圧手段と、
前記電極構造体において前記保持部材の前記電極を保持した面の反対側の面上に配置され、前記加圧手段に対して点接触する圧力調整体と、
前記一対の電極に接続されて前記電極間に位置する前記被検体のインピーダンス値を測定する測定器と、
を具備するイオン伝導度測定装置。 - 前記保持部材上に取り付けられた感圧素子と、
前記感圧素子に接続された圧力計と、
を具備する請求項1記載のイオン伝導度測定装置。 - 前記加圧手段は、中心線回りに回転することにより前記圧力調整体に接離する方向に移動する可動部を備えている請求項1又は2記載のイオン伝導度測定装置。
- 前記加圧手段による前記被検体に対する圧力が1.0×105Pa以上に設定されている請求項1ないし3のいずれか一記載のイオン伝導度測定装置。
