Claims (3)
- リップ部横断面の両側面に、摺動性フィラーと、摺動性フィラーをワイパーブレード基材に繋ぎ止めるためのバインダーとを含む表面処理層が存在し、
前記バインダーは前記摺動性フィラーを脱落可能に繋留するとともに、前記摺動性フィラーの一部は表面処理層の外側に露出しており、
前記摺動性フィラーの露出量は1mm2当たり2万〜12万個、
前記バインダーによる繋留の程度は、10万往復回動かすとその間に各動作方向時にガラスに接するリップ部の表面処理部から長さ1mm範囲当たり140〜350個のフィラーが脱落する強度を有し、
表面処理層の厚さは式1,2でT(μm)で表され、
押し付け荷重16g/cm、動作電圧13.5V、散水量400ml/minの条件下で行った初期動作時の最大電流値Iと、必要とする動作耐久回数ワイパーブレードを動作させた後の最大電流値I′とが、2.0≦I≦3.5、2.0≦I′≦3.5、且つ0.85≦I′/I≦1.2という条件を満たすシリコーンゴム製ワイパーブレード。

ただし、Davは、使用する摺動性フィラーの平均粒径(単位:μm)、Aは必要とする動作耐久回数(単位:万往復回)であり、また、摺動性フィラーの露出数量は、形成された表面処理層の電子顕微鏡写真を基に一定の範囲に存在する摺動性フィラー数を計測し、これを基準にして上記記載の単位面積中の存在数として換算した数値である。 - 前記動作耐久回数を20万〜60万往復回に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーンゴム製ワイパーブレード。
