(A)分子中に少なくとも1個のアルケニル基を有し、主鎖を構成する繰り返し単位がオキシアルキレン単位である重合体
(B)分子中に2個以上のヒドロシリル基を有する硬化剤
(C)ヒドロシリル化触媒
(D)導電付与材
を主成分とする導電性硬化性組成物の反応物からなる現像ローラー(請求項4)、を内容とする物である。
これらの実施例および比較例の現像部材は長さ248mm、外径8mmの表面にNiメッキを施したSUM材の表面にプライマー処理を施したものを支持部材とし、ローラー形状に成型した現像ローラーを全現像部材として用いた。
(A)アリル末端ポリオキシプロピレン(商品名カネカサイリルACX004−N、鐘淵化学工業製):100重量部に対して、
(B)ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン(商品名ACX−004−C、鐘淵化学工業製):6.6重量部、
(C)ビス(1,3−ジビニル−1,1,3,3−テトラメチルジシロキサン)白金錯体触媒(白金含有率3wt%、キシレン溶液):0.06重量部
および導電性付与剤として3030B(三菱化学製):17重量部、を混合し、減圧(10mmHg以下、120分間)脱泡した。得られた組成物を前記シャフトを設置した金型内に注入した後、金型ごと140℃で30分間加熱し、組成物を硬化させることにより、シャフトの外周上に厚さ約5mmの半導電性弾性体層を形成した。
実施例1に記載した方法を用いて、シャフトの外周上に厚さ約4mmの導電性弾性体層を形成した。

Claims (4)
- 金属支持部材と、該支持部材外周面上に形成された半導電性弾性層と、その外周面上に形成された少なくとも1層以上からなる中間層と、さらにその上に形成された表面層からなることを特徴とする電子写真用現像ローラーであって、前記中間層が、ポリシロキサン骨格を含むポリウレタン系樹脂を含有して形成されていることを特徴とする現像ローラー。
- 前記ポリウレタン系樹脂中に前記ポリシロキサン骨格が5重量%以上、70重量%以下含有される請求項1記載の現像ローラ。
- 前記ポリウレタン系樹脂がポリオール、イソシアネートさらに必要に応じて鎖伸長剤を反応させて得たポリウレタン系樹脂であり、前記ポリオールと前記鎖伸長剤との一方または双方にポリシロキサン骨格を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の現像ローラ。
- 前記半導電性弾性層が
