Description
前記固定用ピンをスプリングピンに交換して前記蓋素材の外面を前記外輪素材の外面より突出した偏倚位置に前記スプリングピンを変形させて設定し,前記蓋素材の前記外面と前記外輪素材の前記外面とを同一面に同時に研削加工する工程,
変形した前記スプリングピンを引き抜いて新たな平行ピンの固定用ピンに交換して前記蓋素材が前記外輪素材に対して前記偏倚位置から戻され前記蓋素材の外面が前記外輪素材の外面より凹んで固定され,前記蓋素材の内面と前記外輪素材の内面とを同一面に同時に研削加工してV状の軌道面に形成する工程,
前記工程により,前記蓋素材が蓋に及び前記外輪素材が外輪に完成され,前記蓋を取り外した前記外輪に別に完成した内輪を挿入して前記外輪と前記内輪との軌道面同士を対向させ,前記組込孔から前記軌道面間にころを組み込む工程,
次いで,前記組込孔に前記蓋を嵌入して前記蓋を前記外輪の前記所定位置に固定する工程,から成る蓋付きクロスローラ軸受の製造方法に関する。

Claims (1)
- 外輪素材に形成された転動体でなるころの組込孔に蓋素材を嵌入して予め決められた所定位置に平行ピンの固定用ピンを用いて固定し,前記外輪素材と前記蓋素材とを粗加工して焼き入れする工程,
前記固定用ピンをスプリングピンに交換して前記蓋素材の外面を前記外輪素材の外面より突出した偏倚位置に前記スプリングピンを変形させて設定し,前記蓋素材の前記外面と前記外輪素材の前記外面とを同一面に同時に研削加工する工程,
変形した前記スプリングピンを引き抜いて新たな平行ピンの固定用ピンに交換して前記蓋素材が前記外輪素材に対して前記偏倚位置から戻され前記蓋素材の外面が前記外輪素材の外面より凹んで固定され,前記蓋素材の内面と前記外輪素材の内面とを同一面に同時に研削加工してV状の軌道面に形成する工程,
前記工程により,前記蓋素材が蓋に及び前記外輪素材が外輪に完成され,前記蓋を取り外した前記外輪に別に完成した内輪を挿入して前記外輪と前記内輪との軌道面同士を対向させ,前記組込孔から前記軌道面間にころを組み込む工程,
次いで,前記組込孔に前記蓋を嵌入して前記蓋を前記外輪の前記所定位置に固定する工程,から成る蓋付きクロスローラ軸受の製造方法。
