Description
a)回転可能な素子がカムであり、かつカムの回転軸線から測って最小半径から最大半径に達する2つの側面及び最大半径の所にある平坦面を持ち、
b)シフトフォークの脚部分に、カムと共同作用する2つの駆動棒が、互いに固定間隔をおいて設けられ、
c)従って一方の駆動棒がカムの一方の側面に当接し、他方の駆動棒がカムの他方の側面に当接し、少なくとも1つの終端位置で1つの駆動棒がカムの平坦面に当接する。
Claims (12)
- 変速機軸の軸線の方向に移動可能で変速素子を伝動結合するシフトスリーブ(19)、シフトスリーブに係合するシフトフォーク(63)、及び変速機軸に交差して設けられるシフト軸(48)上で回転可能でありかつ揺動可能なシフトフォーク(63)の揺動軸線(62)に関してシフトスリーブ(19)に係合する部分とは反対側にある脚部分(64)と共同作用する操作器としての素子から成る変速機用シフト装置において、
a)回転可能な素子がカム(50,50’;150)であり、かつカムの回転軸線(72,72’)から測って最小半径から最大半径に達する2つの側面(73,74;173,174)及び最大半径の所にある平坦面(75;175)を持ち、
b)シフトフォーク(63)の脚部分(64)に、カム(50;150)と共同作用する2つの駆動棒(60,61;160,161)が、互いに固定間隔(70;170)をおいて設けられ、
c)従って一方の駆動棒(60;160)がカムの一方の側面(73,173)に当接し、他方の駆動棒(61,161)がカムの他方の側面(74,174)に当接し、カムの少なくとも1つの終端位置で1つの駆動棒(60,61;160,161)がカムの平坦面(75;175)に当接する、
ことを特徴とする、シフト装置。 - シフトフォーク(63)が、ハウジングに固定した軸線(62)の周りに揺動可能な双腕レバーであり、駆動棒(60,61)が、シフト軸の軸線(72)に対して平行な軸線(71)を持つ円筒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシフト装置。
- カム(50,150)の側面(73,74;173,174)が、カム及び駆動棒の転がり運動の際における駆動棒(60,61;160,161)の包絡線であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシフト装置。
- シフト軸が電動機により駆動されるものにおいて、カム(50;150)の少なくとも1つの側面(73,74;173,174)に最小半径の所で肩部(78,79)が続いていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシフト装置。
- シフトフォーク(63)の脚部分(64)がシフトフォークの最も低い所にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシフト装置。
- シフトフォーク(63)の脚部分(64)に、弾性的に撓む中間区域(65)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシフト装置。
- 不斉地走行段を持つ自動車用動力分配装置であって、シフトフォーク(63)によるシフトスリーブ(19)の軸線方向移動により、軸線方向に交差して設けられる軸(48)の回転によって、シフト可能であるものにおいて、
a)軸(48)上にカム(50,150)が取付けられ、このカムがその回転軸線(72;72’)から測って最小半径から最大半径に達する2つの側面(73,74;173,174)及び最大半径の所にある平坦面(75,175)を持ち、
b)シフトフォーク(63)が、その揺動軸線(62)に関してシフトスリーブ(19)に係合する部分とは反対側にある脚部分(64)を持ち、カム(50;150)と共同作用する2つの駆動棒(60,61;160,161)が、脚部分(64)上に互いに固定間隔をおいて設けられ、
c)従って一方の駆動棒(60;160)がカムの一方の側面(73,173)に当接し、他方の駆動棒(61,161)がカムの他方の側面(74,174)に当接し、カムの少なくとも1つの終端位置で1つの駆動棒(60,61;160,161)がカムの平坦面(75,175)に当接することを特徴とする、動力分配装置。 - シフトフォーク(63)が、ハウジングに固定した軸線(62)の周りに揺動可能な双腕レバーであり、駆動棒(60,61)が、軸(48)の軸線(72)に対して平行な軸線(71)を持つ円筒であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の動力分配装置。
- カムの側面(73,74;173,174)が、カム及び駆動棒の転がり運動の際における駆動棒(60,61;160,161)の包絡線であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の動力分配装置。
- シフト軸が電動機により駆動されるものにおいて、カム(50;150)の少なくとも1つの側面(73,74;173,174)に、最小半径の所で肩部(78,79)が続いていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の動力分配装置。
- シフトフォーク(63)の脚部分(64)がシフトフォークの最も低い所にあることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の動力分配装置。
- シフトフォーク(63)の脚部分(64)に、弾性的に撓む中間区域(65)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の動力分配装置。
