Claims (7)
- 僧帽弁の周りで僧帽弁に隣接する心臓の冠状静脈洞内に配置されたときに僧帽弁輪に実質的に半径方向で内向きの力を加えるために、応力がかからない状態で弓形形状をなす弾性部材を含む僧帽弁輪治療具であって、
該治療具はガイド・ワイヤ上を滑動するように前記治療具を取り付けるガイド・ワイヤ受け入れ構造を有し、当該ガイド・ワイヤ受け入れ構造は、ガイド・ワイヤが貫通できるような寸法の筒状の穿孔を含んでいる、僧帽弁輪治療具。 - 請求項1に記載の僧帽弁輪治療具であって、
対向端部を有し、前記ガイド・ワイヤ受け入れ機構が、前記対向端部間に延びているガイド・ワイヤ収容溝を更に含んでいる僧帽弁輪治療具。 - 請求項2に記載の僧帽弁輪治療具であって、
前記ガイド・ワイヤ収容溝が前記穿孔と整合している僧帽弁輪治療具。 - 請求項1に記載の僧帽弁輪治療具であって、
当該治療具をイントロデューサに脱着可能に固定する構造とされた脱着可能な固定機構を更に含んでいる僧帽弁輪治療具。 - 請求項1に記載の僧帽弁輪治療具であって、
前記弾性部材が、当該治療具が冠状静脈洞内へと進入せしめられつつある際に変形形状に変形されるような構造とされている僧帽弁輪治療具。 - 請求項1に記載の僧帽弁輪治療具であって、
前記弾性部材が更に、心臓の冠状静脈内に配置されたときに僧帽弁輪の形状を再形成するために、変形形状から応力がかからない形状へと変化する構造とされている僧帽弁輪治療具。 - 請求項1に記載の僧帽弁輪治療具であって、
前記僧帽弁輪が半径を有し、前記応力がかからない形状が前記僧帽弁輪の半径よりも小さい半径を有している、僧帽弁輪治療具。
