Description
本発明の目的は、高温で反応が起こる部分と低温で反応が起こる部分とを有する反応装置であって熱が外部に漏出するのを抑えることができる反応装置を提供することである。
一酸化炭素を除去する一酸化炭素除去器を具備する低温反応部と、
前記低温反応部よりも高温で反応物の反応を起こし、燃料を改質する改質器を具備する高温反応部と、
前記高温反応部から前記低温反応部まで引き回された高温反応部用電熱線と、
前記低温反応部、前記高温反応部及び前記高温反応部用電熱線を収容する断熱パッケージと、
前記高温反応部用電熱線に接続され、外部から前記高温反応部用電熱線に電圧を印加する高温反応部用リード線を備え、
前記高温反応部用電熱線は、前記低温反応部で前記高温反応部用リード線と接続し、
前記高温反応部用リード線は、前記低温反応部から前記断熱パッケージの外部へ引き出されていることを特徴としている。
請求項1に記載の反応装置において、
前記高温反応部と前記低温反応部との間に架設され、前記高温反応部と前記低温反応部との間で反応物及び生成物を送る連結管を備え、
前記高温反応部用電熱線が前記連結管に引き回されていることを特徴としている。
請求項2に記載の反応装置において、
前記高温反応部、前記低温反応部及び前記連結管の各底面が同一平面上に存していることを特徴としている。
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の反応装置において、
前記高温反応部に絶縁膜が成膜され、前記絶縁膜上に前記高温反応部用電熱線が設けられていることを特徴としている。
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の反応装置において、
前記高温反応部用電熱線は温度センサとして機能することを特徴としている。
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の反応装置において、
前記低温反応部に設けられた低温反応部用電熱線と、
前記低温反応部用電熱線に接続され、外部から前記低温反応部用電熱線に電圧を印加する低温反応部用リード線と、
を備えることを特徴としている。

なお、外部流通管10内の吸液材33は燃焼器プレート12の位置まで充填されている。
なお、平面視して、外部流通管10は一酸化炭素除去用流路64の一部に重なり、一酸化炭素除去用流路64が外部流通管10の周りを渦巻いた構造となっている。
なお、燃料容器に貯留されている液体燃料が気化されて、その気化した燃料と空気の燃焼混合気が燃焼混合気導入路18,22に供給されるようにしても良い。

Claims (6)
- 一酸化炭素を除去する一酸化炭素除去器を具備する低温反応部と、
前記低温反応部よりも高温で反応物の反応を起こし、燃料を改質する改質器を具備する高温反応部と、
前記高温反応部から前記低温反応部まで引き回された高温反応部用電熱線と、
前記低温反応部、前記高温反応部及び前記高温反応部用電熱線を収容する断熱パッケージと、
前記高温反応部用電熱線に接続され、外部から前記高温反応部用電熱線に電圧を印加する高温反応部用リード線を備え、
前記高温反応部用電熱線は、前記低温反応部で前記高温反応部用リード線と接続し、
前記高温反応部用リード線は、前記低温反応部から前記断熱パッケージの外部へ引き出されていることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 請求項1に記載の反応装置において、
前記高温反応部と前記低温反応部との間に架設され、前記高温反応部と前記低温反応部との間で反応物及び生成物を送る連結管を備え、
前記高温反応部用電熱線が前記連結管に引き回されていることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 請求項2に記載の反応装置において、
前記高温反応部、前記低温反応部及び前記連結管の各底面が同一平面上に存していることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の反応装置において、
前記高温反応部に絶縁膜が成膜され、前記絶縁膜上に前記高温反応部用電熱線が設けられていることを特徴とする反応装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の反応装置において、
前記高温反応部用電熱線は温度センサとして機能することを特徴とする反応装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の反応装置において、
前記低温反応部に設けられた低温反応部用電熱線と、
前記低温反応部用電熱線に接続され、外部から前記低温反応部用電熱線に電圧を印加する低温反応部用リード線と、
を備えることを特徴とする反応装置。
