上の例によれば1600Bm3/hの湿ったガスが48mmの直径を有する85個のフラットノズルを通って送られるならば、ここから結果的に平均ノズルガス速度2.9m/sが得られ、20mmの尖端部直径を有する7スター電極の場合にはノズル毎に13kVの最大電圧及び総電流10mAに相応して約120μAイオン化電流が得られる。Bm3/hガス毎に今や0.81ワットがもたらされる。比較僅かなガス速度によってウォーターフィルムはノズル縁部に高圧で押しつけらず、フラッシュオーバを起こすことなしに高電圧はイオン化に必要な値にまで高められる。

Claims (8)
- 液体粒子を含むおよび/または凝縮する湿気を含んだガスに対する排気ガス浄化装置におけるイオン化装置において、
該イオン化装置は、ノズルプレート(4)と、高電圧電極グリッド(5)と、電極ピン(1)とを有し、
前記ノズルプレート(4)は、フローチャネルの断面領域にわたって取り付けられており、導電性で、基準電位にあり、かつ円形状ノズル(3)を備えており、
該円形状ノズル(3)は、前記断面領域にわたって規則的に一様に分布するように配置されており、
前記円形状ノズルに向かって粗ガス流(8)が流れ込み、
前記高電圧電極グリッド(5)は、フロー方向(8)において下流に配置され、フローチャネル内で断面領域にわたって存在しており、かつチャネル壁に電気的に絶縁されて固定されており、
前記高電圧電極グリッド(5)から、フロー方向(8)と反対側の方向に互いに平行に配向された前記電極ピン(1)が、それぞれの前記ノズル(3)と同心になるように突き出ており、
前記電極ピン(1)の自由端部は、スター形に広がった1つ以上の先端部(2)を備える電極を有し、
該電極の複数の先端部(2)は同じ長さであり、前記電極ピンの周囲に均等に分配されており、かつ該電極ピンの軸に対して水平にまたは下へ斜めに張り出しており、
前記電極の複数の先端部(2)は、前記電極ピン(1)の自由端部において、割り当てられた前記ノズル(3)に対して電気的絶縁間隔をおいて対向しており、
前記ノズルプレート(4)および、前記高電圧電極グリッド(5)と前記電極ピン(1)とそれぞれ属する電極からなるモジュールは、プロセス周囲環境に対して不活性な導電材料から構成される、
ことを特徴とするイオン化装置。 - 前記イオン化装置は、浄化装置内に、ガスのフロー(8)が地球の引力とは逆方向に経過するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のイオン化装置。
- 前記ノズル(3)の内径はそれぞれ前記ノズル(3)において結果的に得られるガスの平均フロー速度が4m/sより下に留まるほどの大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のイオン化装置。
- 前記各ノズル(3)はその入口側および出口側で面取りされていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のイオン化装置。
- 前記ノズルプレート(4)においてそれぞれ直ぐ隣接する3つの前記ノズル(3)の中心に、誘電性の平滑なプラスチック材料からなる管(6)が設けられており、該管は、フローの反対側からはめ込まれ、フローの側で最大でプレート厚の10倍の長さまでフロー(8)の中に突き出ることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のイオン化装置。
- 前記管(6)への入口領域は、前記フローの反対側において最大30°までの角度を有する斜角面(7)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5記載のイオン化装置。
- 前記高電圧電極グリッド(5)と前記電極ピン(1)とそれぞれ属する前記電極先端部(2)とからなる前記モジュールは、取り外し可能な又は取り外し不可能な結合技術、又はこれらを混合した結合技術によって製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のイオン化装置。
- 前記イオン化装置は、フィルタ装置のフローチャネルにおいて円錐状の内側に湾曲したまたは外側に湾曲した流入端部面を有する管束分離器に前置接続されており、
これによって乾燥プロセスからの湿気を含んだ空気及び燃焼プロセスからの排気ガスの他に液体粒子群と自然に又は強制的に混合された湿気を含んだガスも処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちの1項記載のイオン化装置の使用方法。
