Description
本発明において重要な点は、本発明に係る吸着剤が水溶液と接触すると水和反応する能力を有し、低濃度から高濃度の有害アニオンを捕捉できるということである。
また、CaO(立方晶)の(2 0 0)面の強度を100とし、Ca12Al14O33(立方晶)の(2 1 1)面の強度、Ca3Al2O6(斜方晶)の(4 4 0)面の強度及びCaAl2O4(斜方晶)の(2 2 0)又は(1 2 3)面のいずれかの強度について、それぞれ100に対する割合で示した。
調製した吸着剤のフッ素イオン吸着能に関する測定方法について説明する。
吸着剤0.5gを、フッ化物イオン標準液(キシダ化学(株)製イオンクロマト用:F−=1000mg/L)にイオン交換水を加えて調製したフッ素イオン含有量が43.5mg/Lの溶液200mL中に添加し、2時間スターラーで攪拌して、その後該水溶液から懸濁粒子をろ紙で濾別して、濾液中のフッ素イオン濃度を吸光光度法にて定量することによって行った。吸着剤を入れる前の溶液についても同様にフッ素イオン濃度の測定を行った。
調製した吸着剤のBF4 −イオン吸着能に関する測定方法について説明する。
所定量の吸着剤を、BF4 −イオンが46.4mg/L(HBF4使用)に調製した水溶液200mL中に添加し、2時間スターラーで攪拌して、その後該水溶液から懸濁粒子をろ紙で濾別して、濾液中のBF4 −イオン濃度の代替として、ICP発光分光分析法にてフッ素イオンを、ランタン‐アリザリンコンプレキソン吸光光度法でホウ酸イオンの両方を定量することによって求めた。吸着剤を入れる前の溶液についても同様にしてBF4 −イオン濃度の測定を行った。
消石灰粉末50.0g(JIS特号、BET比表面積値15m2/g、Ca=0.67molに相当)と水酸化アルミニウム52.3g(住友化学製C−301,BET比表面積値2m2/g、Al=0.67molに相当)をライカイ機を用いて1時間混合した。得られた混合粉末70gをアルミナ製るつぼに入れ、空気中、1050℃において2時間マッフル炉で加熱処理した。加熱処理後の粒子粉末30gをライカイ機を用いて1時間粉砕した。得られた粒子粉末は白色であった。
原料の種類、Ca/Al比、加熱温度を種々変更した以外は前記実施例1と同様にして吸着剤を得た。
使用例1〜8、比較使用例1〜12:
前記吸着試験に従って、各吸着剤の吸着性を測定した結果を表2に示す。
前記吸着試験において、吸着剤を水溶液に入れてスターラーで攪拌する吸着時間を0.5hに短縮し、その他の条件は前記吸着試験と同一にして、各吸着剤の吸着性を測定した結果を表2に示す。
Claims (2)
- フッ化物イオン及び/又はBF 4 − を吸着する吸着剤であって、該吸着剤は酸化カルシウムと、少なくともCa12Al14O33を含むカルシウムアルミネートとの混合相からなり、吸着剤のX線回折のピーク値強度比が、CaOが100に対して、Ca12Al14O33の強度が10〜5000であることを特徴とする吸着剤。
- 常温で吸着することを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸着剤。
