Claims (7)
- 締結部(702)と管状せん孔および/またはリベット部(704)とを有する締結要素(700)であって、管状せん孔および/またはリベット部(704)は金属薄板部品へ締結要素を取り付けるために設計されたものであり、締結部は金属薄板部品へ物品を取り付けるために設計されたものであり、締結部(702)から管状せん孔および/またはリベット部への移行領域において、半径方向および/または円錐形状に延在する接触面(708)が設けられ、この接触面は回転を防止する特徴部(710、712)を選択的に有するものであり、管状せん孔および/またはリベット部の自由端面(714)は、半径方向内側に、自由端面の方向に広がる円錐状傾斜面すなわち切断面(716)を有し、半径方向外側には丸み付けられた押込みおよび引出し面(718)を有し、傾斜面すなわち切断面(716)と押込みまたは引出し面(718)とは、管状せん孔および/またはリベット部(704)の自由端面において環状端面縁部(720)で接する締結要素において、
円錐状傾斜面すなわち切断面(716)は、仮想上の直角三角形の斜辺を形成し、この仮想上の直角三角形の管状せん孔および/またはリベット部(704)の中央長手方向軸(726)に垂直な辺の長さは、0.10mm±0.03mmであり、管状せん孔および/またはリベット部(704)の半径方向壁厚(R)は、締結部の有効寸法に応じて寸法決めされ、
丸み付けられた押込みおよび引出し面(718)は、対応する半径方向壁厚(R)よりも0.1mm±0.03mm小さい曲率半径を有し、丸み付けられた押込みおよび引出し面(718)の曲率中心(727)は、環状端面縁部(720)から離れる方向で締結部(702)に向って延在する軸に平行な仮想上の円柱(728)の表面上にあり、曲率中心(727)は、仮想上の軸方向に平行な円柱(728)の表面上でかつせん孔および/またはリベット部に沿った点に位置づけられ、環状端面縁部(720)における丸み付けられた押込みおよび引出し面(718)に対する接線(730)は、中心長手軸(726)に垂直であることを特徴とする締結要素。 - 管状せん孔および/またはリベット部(704)の半径方向壁厚(R)は、締結部の有効寸法に応じて、
有効寸法が5mmの場合には、Rは1.25±0.05mm、
有効寸法が6mmの場合には、Rは1.25±0.05mm、
有効寸法が8mmの場合には、Rは1.50±0.05mm、
有効寸法が10mmの場合には、Rは1.82±0.05mm、
のように寸法決めされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結要素。 - 締結要素はボルト要素であり、締結部にはネジ円柱が設けられるか、あるいはネジ円柱を設けることができ、ネジ円柱の外径によって締結部の有効寸法が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の締結要素。
- 締結部は、シャフト部として実現され、回転可能なジャーナルを受けるか、あるいはスナップ結合の形成のための形状の特徴部またはスプリングクリップの取り付け部を有し、シャフト部の外径によって締結部の有効寸法が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の締結要素。
- 締結要素はナット要素であり、その締結部は穴を有し、そこに内ネジが設けられるか、ネジ切りまたはネジ形成スクリューを用いて内ネジの形成が予定されており、ネジ付円筒の外径によって締結部またはそれに対応する部分の有効寸法が決まることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の締結要素。
- 締結要素は中空要素であり、該中空要素は締結部内に回転軸を受けるための穴を有し、穴の径によって締結部の有効寸法が決まることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の締結要素。
- 締結要素は中空要素であり、該中空要素はクリップマウントを受けるための穴を有し、穴の径によって締結部の有効寸法が決まることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の締結要素。
