Abstract

"ELEMENTO DE FIXAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um elemento de fixação (700) compreendendo uma seção de fixação (702) e uma seção de perfurar e/ou rebitar tubular (704). A seção de perfurar e/ou rebitar é incorporada de tal maneira a habilitar o elemento de fixação a ser aplicado sobre uma parte de chapa metálica e a seção de fixação é incorporada de tal maneira a habilitar um objeto a ser aplicado sobre a parte metálica. Uma superfície de apoio (708) é prevista na região de transição entre a seção de fixação e a seção de perfurar e/ou rebitar, se estendendo de uma maneira radial e/ou cónica, a dita superfície de apoio opcionalmente exibindo características de fixação torcional (701, 702)e a face extrema livre (714) da seção de perfurar e/ou rebitar tubular é provida de uma superfície de corte cónica (716) que é divergente no lado radialmente interno na face extrema livre e uma superfície de impacto e tração arredondada (718) no lado radialmente externo. A superfície de corte e a superfície impacto e tração confinam em uma borda frontal anular (720) sobre a face extrema livre da seção de perfurar e/ou rebitar. A invenção é caracterizada pelo formato da área de impacto e tração arredondada que previne a ocorrência de cavacos.
