Abstract

Patente de invenção: "ELEMENTO DE FIXAçãO DE METAL". A invenção refere-se a um elemento de fixação de metal com uma luva de expansão (2) e um corpo de expansão (3) axialmente deslocável sobre o fuste de um pino roscado (8), sendo que o pino roscado (8) apresenta na sua extremidade dianteira um encosto configurado como corpo de alargamento (9). Entre o corpo de alargamento (9) e o corpo de expansão (3) é disposto um elemento de afastamento (10) situado no pino roscado (8). Com carga de tração o corpo de alargamento (9) penetra no elemento de afastamento (10) e forma uma zona de deformação que corresponde ao comprimento do elemento de afastamento (10). Pela fricção e deformação ocorrentes são absorvidas sobrecargas e, com isso, impedidos um rompimento do elemento de fixação ou uma ruptura do pino roscado.
