Description
Claims (6)
- 基端が支持構造体に関して固定され、互いに直交するX軸、Y軸、Z軸からなる直交XYZ座標系におけるZ軸に沿って長さを伸長し、XY平面内で移動可能な先端を有するアクチュエータであって、電極板と圧電材料とがY軸方向に交互に積層された積層体からなり、前記電極板は、前記積層体におけるY軸方向の上方に位置する上方領域と、前記積層体におけるY軸方向の下方に位置する下方領域と、前記積層体におけるX軸方向の左方に位置する左方領域と、前記積層体におけるX軸方向の右方に位置する右方領域に配置されており、前記上方領域の電極板に電圧を印加することで前記Y軸方向の一方に前記先端を撓ませるように前記上方領域を付勢する手段と、前記下方領域の電極板に電圧を印加することで前記Y軸方向の他方に前記先端を撓ませるように前記下方領域を付勢する手段と、前記左方領域の電極板に電圧を印加することで前記X軸方向の一方に前記先端を撓ませるように前記左方領域を付勢する手段と、前記右方領域の電極板に電圧を印加することで前記X軸方向の他方に前記先端を撓ませるように前記右方領域を付勢する手段とを備え、前記下方領域は前記上方領域から前記Y軸方向に離間された、アクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータは中央穴のない構造となっている、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記左方領域及び前記右方領域は前記上方領域と前記下方領域との間に介在する、請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記左方領域の二組の電極板のうち一方の組の電極板には第1バイアス付勢電圧が印加されるようになっており、並びに前記右方領域の二組の電極板のうち一方の組の電極板には第2バイアス付勢電圧が印加されるようになっており、前記左方領域における前記一方の組の電極板は前記右方領域における前記一方の組の電極板からX軸方向に離間されている、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記左方領域及び前記右方領域の電極板のうち他の組の電極板は、前記左方領域における前記一方の組の電極板から前記右方領域における前記一方の組の電極板にわたって延在するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータは中央穴がある構造となっている、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
