ここで、σ:周方向の許容応力、P:ガス圧、D:内径、t1:円筒の肉厚である。一方、フランジの板厚t2のように円筒ではない場合、(2)式で示すように板厚はガス圧の平方根に比例して厚くなる。
t2=2d×(Z×C×P/σ)0.5 (2)
ここで、d:取付ボルトピッチサークル、Z:平板の形状によって決まる定数、C:平板の取付方法によって決まる定数、P:ガス圧、σ:許容応力である。(1)及び(2)式から、ガス圧を高くした場合の板厚が厚くなることによる機器の重量増大は明らかである。つまり、使用ガス圧を高くすると内径を一定とした場合には容器の重量増加を引き起こす。加えて、使用するガス圧を高くすると操作器の操作力の増大のため、機器の小型化の妨げとなる。一方、図1に示すガス圧と絶縁破壊電圧の関係から、ガス圧を高くすると絶縁耐力が向上し、機器の小型化が可能となり機器の小型・軽量化を図ることができる。このため、小型・軽量化を両立するための最適ガス圧が存在する。
〔実施例1〕
図6は本発明によるタンク型GISの一実施例を示す。図中の円筒圧力容器2、7a、7bにはN2/O2混合ガスもしくは乾燥空気を0.2〜0.8MPa・abs封入している。円筒圧力容器2内に真空遮断器1を収納すると共に,円筒圧力容器2の長手方向が重力に対してほぼ平行に設置され、真空遮断器1の長手方向も円筒圧力容器2の長手方向とほぼ平行に配置されている。真空遮断器1はその下側の開閉用操作ロッドを介して操作器3と接続されている。また、真空遮断器1の下側にはアレスタ4を配置して機器の縮小化を図っている。
〔実施例2〕
図7に本発明のタンク型GISの他の実施例を示す。遮断器には真空遮断器VCBを縦型に配置し、ガス区画を分けて断路器DSユニットが接続されている。ライン側はケーブルヘッドCHを介して電力ケーブルに接続され、流れる電流は計器用変流器CTにより計測されるシステム構成である。
図8に本発明による三相一括GISの一実施例を示す。真空遮断器1は縦型配置され、それぞれ母線断路器5a、ライン断路器5bに接続されている。そしてケーブルヘッド9を通して電力ケーブルと接続され、遮断器1は金属容器2に、断路器5aと母線は金属容器7aに、断路器5bは金属容器7bにそれぞれ収納され、小型化が図られている。N2/O2の混合ガスもしくは乾燥空気を適用し、定格ガス圧を0.2MPa・abs以上0.8MPa・abs以下として、環境調和と小型・軽量化を図ったGISである。なお、19は吸着剤容器、20は架台である。
Claims (6)
- 真空遮断器と、母線断路器及びライン断路器と、それらを収納する密封容器とを備え、前記密封容器内に絶縁ガスが封入されると共に、前記母線断路器及びライン断路器が収納される密封容器と前記真空遮断器が収納される密封容器はガス区画されて成るガス絶縁開閉装置において、
前記真空遮断器の長手方向と該真空遮断器を収納する密封容器の長手方向は、重力の向きに平行に配置すると共に、
前記絶縁ガスは、N2と地球温暖化係数が1以下のガスを含む混合ガスであって、該混合ガスの定格ガス圧または最低保障ガス圧を0.2〜0.8MPa・absとし、かつ前記真空遮断器が収納されている密封容器のガス圧を、前記母線断路器及びライン断路器が収納されている密封容器のガス圧より低くしたことを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置。 - 請求項1において、前記地球温暖化係数が1以下のガスはO2であることを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記密封容器は円筒形または箱型であることを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置。
- 請求項1−3のいずれかにおいて、前記混合ガスにO2を含み、該O2の分圧比が5〜60%であることを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置。
- 請求項1−4のいずれかにおいて、前記混合ガスは乾燥空気であることを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置。
- 請求項1−5のいずれかにおいて、前記混合ガスは、臭いの付いた臭いガスであることを特徴とするガス絶縁開閉装置。
