本発明による噴霧ヘッドを利用すると特に有利である。
Claims (10)
- スロット付きノズル(22)を有し、その中で、流れ断面が長方形のノズル流路(26)が床面(28)により下方を、上面(30)により上方を、側面(32、34)により側方を制限され、このノズル流路(26)内で長方形の流れ制御体(36)が側面(32、34)間を軸方向に延びてノズルスロットの高さを制限し、この制御体(36)が長手方向軸線の周りに回動してノズルスロットの高さを制御するようにした粒状化装置用噴霧ヘッドであって、
制御体(36)が楕円形の断面を有し、床面(28)と上面(30)間の略中央に配置され、中心軸の(38)の周りに回動自在の円柱体であり、それにより制御体(36)の上方並びに下方にノズルスロット(42、44)が形成され、制御体(36)をその中心軸(38)の周りに回動することによりその高さが調整可能となる構成を特徴とする粒状化装置用噴霧ヘッド。 - 楕円形断面の短軸と長軸と比が0.50〜0.95である請求項1に記載の噴霧ヘッド。
- ノズル流路(26)の断面は、高さ(H)が楕円形断面の長軸より数ミリメートル長い矩形断面であり、それにより2つのノズルスロット(42、44)が常に開口状態にあるようにして成る請求項2に記載の噴霧ヘッド。
- 制御体(36)がその両端の各々に支承ピン(50、52)を備え、この支承ピンがノズル流路(26)から側方に突出し、ノズル流路(26)の外側に回動自在に取り付けられて成る請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載の噴霧ヘッド。
- 2つの支承ピンの一方(52)にクランク(74)が固定連結され、このクランク(74)にリフト装置(76)が連結され、このリフト装置のリフト量が、制御体(36)のその中心軸(38)の周りの回動量に変換されるようにして成る請求項4に記載の噴霧ヘッド。
- 制御体(36)が少なくとも一端に、スロット付きノズル(22)の側壁の円形穴に挿入され、Oリングにて封止された円筒状封止フランジ(62、64)を備え、上記円形穴が制御体(36)をこの穴を通してノズル流路(26)に挿入・引抜するのに十分な大きさである請求項4又は5に記載の噴霧ヘッド。
- ノズル流路(26)の床面(28)と上面(30)並びに制御体(36)の面がプラズマ被覆されて成る請求項1〜6の何れか一つに記載の噴霧ヘッド。
- スロット付きノズル(22)が給水室(箱)の前側に配置され、スロット付きノズル(22)の上方及び/又は下側にて、この前側で有孔型ノズルを備えた面が配置されて成る請求項1〜7の何れか一つに記載の噴霧ヘッド。
- 噴霧ヘッド内の粒状化水流量を制御するための制御装置内に、スロット付きノズル(22)がアクチュエータとして組み込まれて成る請求項1〜8の何れか一つに記載の噴霧ヘッド。
- 噴霧ヘッド内の粒状化水圧を制御する制御装置内に、スロット付きノズル(22)がアクチュエータとして組み込まれて成る請求項1〜8の何れか一つに記載の噴霧ヘッド。
