Claims (10)
- 아래로는 바닥면(28), 위로는 상면(30) 및 옆으로는 두 개의 측면(32, 34)에 의하여 각각 제한되는 직사각형 단면의 유출구를 가진 노즐 채널(26)을 구비한 슬롯형 노즐(22); 및 노즐 슬롯의 높이를 제한하는 상기 두 개의 측면(32, 34) 사이에서 축방향으로 돌출되어 상기 노즐 채널(26) 내에 위치하며, 상기 노즐 슬롯의 높이를 조정하기 위하여 세로축을 중심으로 회전하는 장방형의 유동 제어몸체(36);로 이루어지는 입상화 설비에 사용되는 분무 헤드(10)에 있어서,상기 유동 제어몸체(36)는 타원형의 단면과 중심축(38)을 구비한 실린더형 몸체를 구비하며, 상기 실린더형 몸체를 상기 바닥면(28)과 상면(30)의 중간부분에 배치하고 상기 중심축(38)을 중심으로 회전시킴으로써 상기 유동 제어몸체(36)의 상부와 하부에 형성된 노즐 슬롯(42, 44)의 높이를 조정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 타원형 단면은 단축과 장축으로 이루어지고, 상기 단축 대 장축의 비율이 0.50 내지 0.95 사이의 값을 갖는 분무 헤드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 채널(26)은 상기 타원형 단면의 장축보다 큰 높이(H)를 갖는 직사각형 단면을 가짐으로써 상기 두 개의 노즐 슬롯(42, 44)이 항상 개방된 상태를 유지하도록 하는 분무 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동 제어몸체(36)의 양단부에, 상기 노즐 채널(26)로부터 가로방향으로 돌출되고 상기 노즐 채널(26)의 외측에서 회전가능하도록 고정되는 베어링 핀(50, 52)을 포함하여 이루어지는 분무 헤드.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 베어링 핀(52) 중 어느 하나에 연결되는 클랭크(74); 및상기 클랭크(74)와 연결되어 자신의 직선운동을 상기 유동 제어몸체(36)의 중심축(38)을 통한 회전운동으로 변환시키는 리프팅 구동기(76);를 포함하여 이루어지는 분무 헤드.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 유동 제어몸체(36)는 적어도 하나 이상의 일단부에 상기 슬롯형 노즐(22)의 측벽에 구비된 원형의 구멍으로 삽입되는 원형의 밀봉 플랜지(62, 64)와 이를 밀봉하는 오-링을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 원형 구멍의 직경이 상기 유동 제어몸체(36)의 타원형 단면에서의 장축보다 크도록 이루어져 상기 유동 제어몸체(36)를 상기 원형의 구멍을 통하여 제각기 상기 노즐 채널(26) 안으로 축방향 삽입할 수 있거나 상기 노즐 채널(26)로부터 축방향 탈거할 수 있는 분무 헤드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 채널(26)의 바닥면(28)과 상면(30)은 물론 상기 유동 제어몸체(36)의 표면이 플라즈마 코팅된 분무 헤드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전면부에 상기 슬롯형 노즐(22)이 배치되는 수조(12)와 상기 슬롯형 노즐(22)의 상부 또는 하부에 배치되는 다수의 홀타입 노즐들을 구비한 평판을 포함하여 이루어지는 헤드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분무 헤드에서의 냉각수 압력을 제어하기 위한 제어장치를 포함하고, 상기 슬롯형 노즐(22)이 액츄에이터로서 상기 제어장치에 통합된 분무 헤드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분무 헤드에서의 냉각수 유동량을 제어하기 위한 제어장치를 포함하고, 상기 슬롯형 노즐(22)이 액츄에이터로서 상기 제어장치에 통합된 분무 헤드.
