Description
具体的には、スライド面に形成する動圧の一部を大気へ逃がす圧力逃がし手段を異なる数とした場合、例えば、圧力逃がし手段の形成を多くした場合は、大気に逃がされる動圧も多くなる。逆に、圧力逃がし手段の形成を少なくした場合は、大気に逃がされる動圧も少なくなる。これにより、偏荷重が大きく作用する側には、圧力逃がし手段の数を少なく形成し、偏荷重が小さく作用する側には、圧力逃がし手段の数を多く形成することで、偏荷重を相殺し、可動体が傾くのを抑制することができる。
また、スライド面に形成する圧力逃がし手段の位置を異ならせた場合、例えば、一つのスライド面において、偏荷重が大きく作用する側と小さく作用する側とがあり、圧力逃がし手段を偏荷重が小さく作用する側に形成することで、偏荷重が小さく作用する側の動圧を圧力逃がし手段により逃がし、それにより、可動体が傾くのを抑制することができる。
なお、スライド面の案内面と接触する接触面形状には、潤滑油を供給するために形成された潤滑油供給溝の形状は含まないものとする。ただし、動圧に対して大きな影響を与える形状の場合は、供給溝の形状も含まれる。

Claims (4)
- 基台の上に案内面が形成され、該案内面上で潤滑油を介在させて可動体に形成されたスライド面が摺動することで前記可動体が案内される案内装置において、
前記スライド面は、前記案内面と接触する接触面形状を、前記可動体の偏荷重の方向に対し、潤滑油に発生する動圧の一部を大気に逃がす圧力逃がし手段を形成する数および位置の少なくとも一方を異ならせて非対称形状とすることで、前記可動体の摺動により潤滑油に発生する動圧を異ならせ該可動体の傾きを抑えることを特徴とする案内装置。 - 前記可動体は、前記案内面により前記可動体の偏荷重の方向と略直角方向に案内されると共に、前記スライド面は、前記可動体の偏荷重の方向に少なくとも2つ形成され、各前記スライド面の前記案内面と接触する接触面形状は、前記可動体の偏荷重の方向に対して、各前記スライド面の間で非対称形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の案内装置。
- 前記可動体は、前記案内面により前記可動体の偏荷重の方向と略同一方向に案内されると共に、前記スライド面の前記案内面と接触する接触面形状は、前記スライド面の長手方向に対して非対称形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の案内装置。
- 前記スライド面の前記案内面と接触する接触面形状は、前記スライド面の幅を異ならせることで非対称形状とすることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一つに記載の案内装置。
