Claims (4)
- 流体が内部に流れる配管のクリーニングシステムにおいて、該配管は吸込管(5)及び引出管(9)に接続され、
該システムは:
該配管を通過する流体とともに循環する多数のクリーニングボール(20);
引出管(9)に配置され、流体からクリーニングボール(20)を分離するように構成され、流体は通過するがクリーニングボール(20)は通過することができないせん孔を含む分離器(12);
クリーニングボール(20)を収集するように構成されたハウジング(21)を含む再循環手段であり、ハウジング(21)は、孔のある仕切り(28)によって分けられた第一区画(19)及び第二区画(27)を有し、該孔のある仕切り(28)は、流体は第二区画(27)に通過するが、クリーニングボール(20)は通過することができないように構成された再循環手段;
ハウジング(21)の第一区画(19)にある第一開口に連結する入口(26)と、吸込管(5)の第一開口に連結する出口(3)とを有するボール供給管(24);
吸込管(5)の第二開口に連結する入口(2)と、ハウジング(21)の第一区画(19)にある第二開口に連結する出口(22)とを有する流体供給管(23);
ハウジング(21)の第二区画(27)にある開口に連結する入口(30)と、該引出管の拡張部に配置された該分離器の後であり、該引出管(15)にある開口に連結する出口(14)とを有する流体戻り管(16);
分離器(12)の開口に連結する入口(13)と、ハウジング(21)の第一区画(19)にある第三開口に連結する出口(31)とを有するボール戻り管(17);
流体供給管(23)の入口(2)では高圧が発生し、ボール供給管(24)の出口(3)では低圧が発生し、この圧力の差によって、クリーニングボール(20)がハウジング(21)から吸込管(5)へと移動する、吸込管(5)へのクリーニングボールの供給手段;及び、
ボール戻り管(17)の入口(13)では高圧が発生し、流体戻り管(16)の出口(14)では低圧が発生し、この圧力の差によって、クリーニングボール(20)が分離器(12)からハウジング(21)へと戻る、ハウジング(21)へのクリーニングボール(20)の戻り手段を有し、
該再循環手段、該クリーニングボールの供給手段、及び、該クリーニングボールの戻り手段は、多数のクリーニングボール(20)を、吸込管(5)から引出管(9)へと選択的に移動するように構成され、
分離器(12)は、流体を通過させるが、クリーニングボール(20)を通過させない長方形のせん孔が形成された長方形スロット(32)を含み、さらに、該システムは、分離器(12)手前の引出管(9)において流体とクリーニングボール(20)とを回転させる回転手段(10)を含み、クリーニングボール同士が衝突する回数を増加し、クリーニングボール(20)が配管(8)を通過した後に、その表面に蓄積された汚れを除去するために、長方形スロット(32)と連携すると共に、
該分離器(12)は漏斗の形状であり、
該長方形スロット(32)の形状であるせん孔は、該漏斗の頂点に向かう径方向に平行ではない長さ方向を有し、かつ、該長方形スロット(32)は、流体の流れの方向にみた場合に、時計方向/反時計方向に傾く長さ方向を有し、
さらに、該分離器(12)の手前の引出管(9)における該回転手段(10)の回転方向は、長方形スロット(32)の長さ方向と反対であることを特徴とするクリーニングシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のクリーニングシステムにおいて、該再循環手段は、さらに、流体供給管(23)に沿って配置された第一バルブ(V1)、流体戻り管(16)に沿って配置された第二バルブ(V2)、ボール供給管(24)に沿って配置された第一の一方向バルブ(CV1)、及び、ボール戻り管(12)に沿って配置された第二の一方向バルブ(CV2)を含み、該第一の一方向バルブ(CV1)は、クリーニングボール(20)をハウジング(21)から吸込管(5)へと移動させる働きをし、該第二の一方向バルブ(CW2)は、クリーニングボール(20)を分離器(12)からハウジング(21)へと移動させる働きをすることを特徴とするクリーニングシステム。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のクリーニングシステムにおいて、該再循環手段はさらに、ボール戻り管(17)に沿って配置された第三バルブ(HV2)とボール供給管(24)に沿って配置された第四バルブ(HV1)とを含むことを特徴とするクリーニングシステム。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のクリーニングシステムにおいて、さらに、配管(8)の手前の吸込管(5)に、流体とクリーニングボール(20)とを回転させる手段(4)を含むことを特徴とするクリーニングシステム。
