Claims (11)
1. Sustav za on-line svijanje cijevnog namotaja (103) za peć (102) u sustavu za odloženo koksiranje, naznačen time da sustav sadrži:
prvi izvor (148) pare pod pritiskom u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa cijevnim namotajem (103) na prvom kraju cijevnog namotaja (103);
jedinicu (104) za svijanje povezanu sa cijevnim namotajem (103), pri čemu jedinica (104) za svijanje uključuje lanser i prijemnik za strugač;
glavnu liniju (108) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa cijevnim namotajem (103) na drugom kraju cijevnog namotaja (103) i u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa dodatnom ulaznom linijom (170) bubnja, gdje glavna linija (108) ima prvi izolacijski ventil (110) između drugog kraja cijevnog namotaja (103) i dodatne ulazne linije (170) bubnja, gdje glavna linija (108) ima drugi izolacijski ventil (112) između prvog izolacijskog ventila (110) i dodatne ulazne linije (170) bubnja, pri čemu je kraj visokog pritiska prvog izolacijskog ventila (110) postavljen prema drugom izolacijskom ventilu (112) i kraj visokog pritiska drugog izolacijskog ventila (112) postavljen prema prvom izolacijskom ventilu (110), i gdje je cijevni namotaj (103) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa ulazom u jedan ili više bubnjeva (116, 117) za odloženo koksiranje preko glavne linije (108);
treći ventil (124) na drugoj liniji (154) između četvrtog ventila (122) i glavne linije (108), gdje je četvrti ventil (122) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa glavnom linijom (108) preko druge linije (154), gdje je druga linija (154) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa glavnom linijom (108) na točki između drugog kraja cijevnog namotaja (103) i prvog izolacijskog ventila (110), pri čemu druga linija (154), kada je treći ventil (124) otvoren, pruža putanju do otvora (144), gdje pozicija druge linije (154) pruža dva ventila, prvi izolacijski ventil (110) i drugi izolacijski ventil (112), između peći (102) i jednog ili više bubnjeva (117, 117) za odloženo koksiranje;
drugi izvor (126) pare pod pritiskom u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa drugom linijom (154) na točki između trećeg ventila (124) i glavne linije (108);
treći izvor (120) pare pod pritiskom u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa četvrtim ventilom (122),
peti ventil (146) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa drugom linijom (154) na točki između četvrtog ventila (122) i trećeg ventila (124) i u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa otvorom (144);
pri čemu otvaranje četvrtog ventila (122) omogućava pari pod pritiskom iz trećeg izvora (120) pare pod pritiskom da primjeni blokirajuću silu na treći ventil (124) i peti ventil (146);
treću liniju (156) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa glavnom linijom (108) između prvog izolacijskog ventila (110) i drugog izolacijskog ventila (112) i u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa šestim ventilom (136), gdje treća linija (156) pruža putanju do kolektora (142) zatvorenog sustava za ispuhivanje komunicirajući sa šestim ventilom (136);

sedmi ventil (140) između kolektora (142) zatvorenog sustava za ispuhivanje i šestog ventila (136); i
peti izvor (138) pare pod pritiskom u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa osmim ventilom (162), gdje je osmi ventil (162) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa četvrtom linijom (158) između šestog ventila (136) i sedmog ventila (140), pri čemu peti izvor (138) pare pod pritiskom pruža pročišćavanje blokirajućom parom za četvrtu liniju (158) između šestog ventila (136) i sedmog ventila (140).
2. Sustav iz zahtjeva 1, koji dalje sadrži deveti ventil (130) između drugog izvora (126) pare pod pritiskom i druge linije (154).
3. Sustav iz zahtjeva 2, koji dalje sadrži regulator (128) protoka između dugog (126) izvora pare pod pritiskom i devetog ventila (130).

9. Sustav iz zahtjeva 1, pri čemu regulator (134) pritiska sadrži mjerač protoka i regulator pritiska, gdje je mjerač protoka u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa indikatorom protoka, gdje je regulator pritiska u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa indikatorom pritiska.
