Abstract
Предложен картридж для текучей среды для обработки жидкого образца, включающий основной канал, содержащий верхний по течению конец и нижний по течению конец, для прохождения жидкого образца в направлении от верхнего по течению конца к нижнему по течению концу и соединенный с основным каналом по меньшей мере один канал ответвления для ввода жидкости и газа в основной канал после прохождения жидкого образца вниз по течению по меньшей мере одного канала ответвления. По меньшей мере один канал ответвления содержит первый канал ответвления, снабженный отверстием ввода газа для ввода газа в первый канал ответвления, отверстием ввода жидкости для ввода жидкости в первый канал ответвления и клапаном, установленным с возможностью перемещения между закрытым положением, в котором клапан предотвращает прохождение жидкости и газа из первого канала ответвления в основной канал, и открытым положением, в котором клапан обеспечивает прохождение жидкости и газа из первого канала ответвления в основной канал.
