Description
以下に記載の実施例中で用いた材料は、それぞれの商標および商品名によって特定される、下記のものである。
アイオノマー1:15%のメタクリル酸を含み、メルトフローインデックス(MFI)0.7を有する、Znで58%中和されたエチレンのコポリマーは、本願特許出願人から市販されている。
アイオノマー2:10%のメタクリル酸を含み、MFI1.5を有する、Znで38%中和されたエチレンのコポリマーは、本願特許出願人から市販されている。
エルヴァロイ(登録商標)AC(Elvaloy AC) 2116:エチレンおよび16%のアクリル酸エチルのコポリマー(MFIは1)は、本願特許出願人から市販されている。
トーパス(登録商標)(TOPAS)8007:エチレンとノルボルネンのコポリマーは、チコナ(TICONA)から市販されている。
トーパス(登録商標)(TOPAS)6013:エチレンとノルボルネンのコポリマーは、チコナ(TICONA)から市販されている。

静止耐穿孔性:
静止耐穿孔性は、軟包装用新規シーラントのコンセプト、(非特許文献2)に記載されている試験に従って試験した。フィルムは金属板上で伸延した。次いで、前記フィルムを90度の尖った針上に置き、静止重力をかけた。針は徐々にフィルムを突刺した。フィルムが突刺されるのに要した時間を記録した。
各組成物1、3、4、5、6、9については、上記のように、100ミクロンのフィルムを作製した。ヒートシール性能は、0.5秒の接触時間と0.5MPaの圧力条件で、80〜160℃の温度においてコップヒートシーラー上で互いのフィルムをまずヒートシールすることにより試験した。24時間後、シール強度は、100mm/分のクロスヘッド速度でツビィック引張試験装置(Zwick tensile testing device)上で測定した。シーリング温度の機能についてN/15mmでの結果を得た。
熱間粘着性能は、0.5MPaの圧力、0.5秒の滞留時間、および0.1秒の遅延時間の条件下で、80〜110℃の温度域において、市販のパックホルスク(Packforsk)ホットタック試験装置を用いて測定した。熱間粘着性は単分子層フィルム上で測定した。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1種のエチレンベースポリマーの極性誘導体と、少なくとも1種の非可塑化シクロオレフィンポリマーから本質的になる非相溶性ポリマーのブレンド。
- エチレンベースポリマーの極性誘導体が、ポリマー重量に対して、少なくとも60重量%のエチレンと、カルボン酸、アルキルアクリレート類、及び酢酸ビニルからなる群から選択される極性モノマーとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレンド。
- エチレンベースポリマーの極性誘導体が、ナトリウム、カリウム、亜鉛、カルシウム、マグネシウム、リチウム、アルミニウム、ニッケル及びクロムから選択される金属イオンで0.01〜99.5%中和されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレンド。
- エチレンベースポリマーの極性誘導体が、ブレンドの重量に対して、50重量%〜99.9重量%の量で存在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレンド。

- 請求項1に記載のブレンドを含むことを特徴とするフィルム。
- 請求項8に記載のフィルムを含むことを特徴とするシーラント層。
- 請求項9に記載のシーラント層を含むことを特徴とする包装。
- エチレンベースポリマーの極性誘導体で作製されたフィルムの耐穿孔性を改良する方法であって、フィルムの重量に対して、0.1〜50重量%の非可塑化シクロオレフィンポリマーをフィルムに導入するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- エチレンベースポリマーの極性誘導体で作製されたフィルムのヒートシール開始温度を低下させる方法であって、フィルムの重量に対して、0.1〜50重量%の非可塑化シクロオレフィンポリマーをフィルムに導入するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 広範囲の温度にわたってエチレンベースポリマーの極性誘導体で作製されたフィルムのヒートシール強度を安定化させる方法であって、フィルムの重量に対して、0.1〜50重量%の非可塑化シクロオレフィンポリマーをフィルムに導入するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- エチレンベースポリマーの極性誘導体で作製されたフィルムの熱間粘着強度を高める方法であって、フィルムの重量に対して、0.1〜50重量%の非可塑化シクロオレフィンポリマーをフィルムに導入するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
