Claims (11)
- 流体を固体粒子から分離するのに適した複数の縦に長いフィルター要素(7)を備えるフィルターアセンブリであって、該フィルター要素(7)は、密封装置(8)中に密封された開放した上端部(2)と、フィルターグリッド(11)上に取り付けられたフィルター支持材(10)に装着された閉鎖した底端部とを有する該フィルターアセンブリにおいて、
フィルターグリッド(11)が、該フィルターグリッド(11)を共に形成する複数のグリッド要素(12)を有し、隣接する2つのフィルター要素(7)の間のグリッド要素(12)の断面の少なくとも一部が尖った形状を有することを特徴とする前記フィルターアセンブリ。 - グリッド要素(12)の断面が、フィルター要素(7)間のグリッド要素(12)の少なくとも全部分にわたって尖った形状を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- グリッド要素(12)の断面の先端部(17)が、角度τ、ただしτ<2*(90−α)を有し、垂線と前記先端部(17)の各エッジの角度τ1及びτ2が、(90−α)以下であり、ここでαは固体粒子の安息角を表す、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- フィルター要素(7)が少なくともほぼ垂直に取り付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- グリッド要素(12)の表面が滑らかにされている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- フィルター支持材(10)が、フィルター要素(7)に設けられた凹部に嵌まる縦に長い延長部である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- フィルター支持材(10)が、少なくとも2つのグリッド要素(12)の交差点に配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- グリッド要素(12)の最大厚みでの水平断面の総面積、対、フィルターグリッド(11)の開放部分(15)の総面積の比が、1:1.5より小さい、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- グリッド要素(12)の最大厚みでの水平断面の総面積、対、フィルターグリッド(11)の開放部分(15)の総面積の比が、1:3.5から1:5までの間である、請求項8に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 流体を固体粒子から分離するのに適した複数のフィルター要素(7)を収容するためのフィルターグリッド(11)であって、フィルター支持材(10)、好ましくはフィルター要素(7)に設けられた凹部に嵌まる縦に長い延長部を備えた該フィルターグリッド(11)において、
隣接した2つのフィルター要素(7)の間のグリッド要素(12)の断面の少なくとも一部が尖った形状を有することを特徴とする前記フィルターグリッド。 - − 上端部(2)と下端部(3)とを有する縦の容器本体(1);
− 流体を含んだ容器本体(1)の領域と流体及び固体粒子を含んだ領域とを分離する主管板(18);
− 固体粒子から濾過すべき流体を入れるための前記容器本体(1)の少なくとも1つの入口ポート(4);
− 流体を放出するため、及び固体粒子を放出するための前記容器の出口ポート(5、6);
− 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのフィルターアセンブリ
を備える前記フィルター容器。
