Claims (2)
- 車両の進行方向に存在する物体を検知する物体検知手段(14)と、
車両の将来の走行軌跡を推定する走行軌跡推定手段(M1)と、
物体検知手段(14)による検知結果、走行軌跡推定手段(M1)により推定された走行軌跡および予め定められた制御対象判定条件に基づいて制御対象を判定する制御対象判定手段(M4)と、
を備えた車両用制御対象判定装置において、
物体検知手段(14)により検知された物体の自車に対する横相対速度を検出する横相対速度検出手段(M2)と、
横相対速度検出手段(M2)により検出された横相対速度を所定の閾値と比較する比較手段とを備え、
前記制御対象判定手段(M4)は、自車から所定距離以遠の物体を制御対象から除外するとともに、推定された走行軌跡が直線状態であり、かつ検出された横相対速度が前記閾値以上の場合に、前記所定距離を短縮することを特徴とする車両用制御対象判定装置。 - 車速を検出する車速センサ(11)と、ヨーレートを検出するヨーレートセンサ(12)とを備え、
前記走行軌跡推定手段(M1)は、車速センサ(11)で検出した車速およびヨーレートセンサ(12)で検出したヨーレートに基づいて車両の将来の走行軌跡を推定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用制御対象判定装置。
