Abstract
【解決手段】マイクロシリンジ1とマイクロシリンジのニードル側に配置された可動式のジェットブロック2から構成され、ジェットブロックは、マイクロシリンジのニードルが摺動できる細孔2a、ジェットブロック内に気体流を導入する気体導入手段2b、および交換式のジェットノズル3を具備しており、ジェットノズルは少なくとも内壁が円錐形状であり、前記円錐形状の頂点方向にジェット気流が噴出するための噴出孔3aを具備し、前記ジェットノズル内壁の延長線が交差する円錐形の頂角θが鋭角であることを含む。

Claims (1)
- 液体サンプル供給用マイクロシリンジのニードルまたはジェットノズルの先端とTLCまたはTLCロッド表面との間に間隙を有し、前記TLCまたはTLCロッドの表面に液体サンプルを含むジェット気流を吹付けることでサンプル塗布を行う非接触式のサンプル塗布装置であって、
前記マイクロシリンジと可動式のジェットブロックから構成され、さらに当該ジェットブロックは前記マイクロシリンジのニードルを挿入できる細孔、前記ジェットブロック内に気体流を導入するための気体導入手段、および前記ジェットブロックに着脱可能で少なくとも内壁が円錐形であり、前記円錐形の頂点方向にジェット気流が噴出するための噴出孔が開口しており、前記円錐形の頂角が鋭角であるジェットノズルとを具備し、前記ジェットブロックの全構成要素は前記マイクロシリンジのニードルに沿って上下方向に摺動可能であり、液体サンプル吸引および前記マイクロシリンジの洗浄を可能にするために、前記ジェットブロックは前記マイクロシリンジのニードル先端が前記ジェットノズルの噴出孔から外側に突出する位置まで上方向に移動し、サンプル塗布時には液体サンプルを含むジェット気流を形成可能とするために、前記ジェットブロックは前記マイクロシリンジのニードル先端が前記ジェットノズルの噴出孔の開口部近傍に配置されるまで下方に移動することを特徴とするサンプル塗布装置。
