Claims (3)
- 流体噴射装置の流体噴射ヘッドであって、
基板と、
該基板に連結する流体噴射ダイと、
前記基板上に配置された、電磁放射で硬化可能な接着剤と、
該電磁放射で硬化可能な接着剤を介して前記基板に連結するカバーと
を備え、
該カバーは、前記流体噴射ダイから噴射される流体を通すよう構成された開口部を含み、
前記カバーは、少なくとも部分的に電磁放射を通す材料でできており、
前記基板と前記カバーとの間に配置されたフィラー材料をさらに備え、
前記カバーは外面を有し、該カバーは、前記基板と前記カバーとの間に前記フィラー材料が加えられるときにフィラー材料が流入する、前記カバーの前記外面へと開いた凹みを含むことを特徴とする流体噴射装置の流体噴射ヘッド。 - 前記接着剤は、紫外線放射で硬化可能な接着剤であり、前記カバーは、少なくとも部分的に紫外線放射を通す材料でできている、請求項1に記載の流体噴射装置の流体噴射ヘッド。
- 流体噴射装置の流体噴射ヘッドを製造する方法であって、該流体噴射ヘッドは、
基板と、
該基板に連結する流体噴射ダイと、
該流体噴射ダイの回りで前記基板に連結するカバーと、
該カバーと前記基板との間に配置された、硬化可能な材料とを備え、
前記カバーは、前記流体噴射ダイによって噴射される流体を通すよう構成された開口部を含み、
前記カバーはまた、硬化可能な材料レベル検出ポケットも含み、
該方法は、
前記流体噴射ダイを前記基板上に配置すること、
前記カバーが前記流体噴射ダイからある空間だけ隔てられるよう、前記カバーを前記基板上に配置すること、
前記硬化可能な材料を、前記カバーと前記流体噴射ダイとの間の前記空間に加えること、
前記硬化可能な材料レベル検出ポケットを通して、前記カバーと前記流体噴射ダイとの間の前記空間内の前記硬化可能な材料のレベルを監視すること
とを含む、流体噴射装置の流体噴射ヘッドを製造する方法。
