Abstract
【解決手段】モータ絶縁保護装置200は、モータ室14内に設置されたモータ40と、モータ40を駆動させるためのインバータ電圧を供給するインバータ16と、モータ室14内の内部圧力とインバータ16のインバータ電圧を監視し、モータの放電発生を予知した場合にモータ室内を加圧する加圧手段とを有し、加圧手段は、モータ室14内の内部圧力を検出する圧力検出部50と、制御部60に設けられインバータ16のインバータ電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、検出された内部圧力が予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力より低く、検出されたインバータ電圧が予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧より高い場合に、制御部60からの出力に応じてモータ室14内を加圧する加圧機構70と、を有する。

Description
本実施の形態では、モータ室14内の内部圧力に基づいて、モータの放電発生を予知してモータ室14内を加圧するモータ絶縁保護装置について説明する。図3に示すように、モータ室内の圧力検出部50にてモータ室14内の内部圧力を検出し、制御部60内の比較部34において、検出された内部圧力と予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力とを比較し、検出された内部圧力が予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力より低い場合、モータの加圧機構70を用いてモータ室内を加圧する。
本実施の形態では、モータへの印加電圧に基づきモータ室内の圧力を制御する態様について説明する。ここでは、印加電圧に基づく圧力制御の一例として加圧する態様を例に取り、例えばインバータ16のインバータ電圧に基づいて、モータの放電発生を予知してモータ室内を加圧するモータ絶縁保護装置について説明する。図3に示すように、制御部60内におけるインバータ電圧検出部30にてインバータ16におけるインバータ電圧Vを検出し、制御部60内の比較部34において、検出されたインバータ電圧Vと予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧とを比較し、検出されたインバータ電圧Vが予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧より高い場合、モータの加圧機構70を用いてモータ室内を加圧する。
本実施の形態では、モータ室14内の内部圧力とインバータ16のインバータ電圧とに基づいて、モータの放電発生を予知してモータ室内を加圧するモータ絶縁保護装置について説明する。図3に示すように、モータ室14内の圧力検出部50にてモータ室14内の内部圧力を検出し、制御部60内の比較部34において、検出された内部圧力と予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力とを比較するとともに、制御部60内におけるインバータ電圧検出部30にてインバータ16におけるインバータ電圧Vを検出し、制御部60内の比較部34において、検出されたインバータ電圧Vまたは走行速度に基づき設定されたインバータ電圧Vsと予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧とを比較し、比較部34において、検出された内部圧力が予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力より低く、検出されたインバータ電圧Vが予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧より高い場合に、モータの加圧機構70を用いてモータ室内を加圧する。

- モータ室内に設置されたモータと、
前記モータ室内の内部圧力を監視し、モータの放電発生を予知した場合にモータ室内を加圧する加圧手段と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - 請求項1に記載のモータ絶縁保護装置において、
前記加圧手段は、モータ室内の内部圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
検出された内部圧力が予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力より低い場合、モータ室内を加圧する加圧部と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - 請求項2に記載のモータ絶縁保護装置において、
前記加圧部は、検出された内部圧力と予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力とを比較する比較部と、
前記比較部からの出力に応じてモータ室内を加圧する加圧機構と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - モータ室内に設置されたモータと、
前記モータへの印加電圧に基づきモータ室内の圧力を制御する圧力制御手段と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - モータ室内に設置されたモータと、
前記モータを駆動させるためのインバータ電圧を供給するインバータと、
前記インバータ電圧を監視し、モータの放電発生を予知した場合にモータ室内を加圧する加圧手段と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - 請求項5に記載のモータ絶縁保護装置において、
前記加圧手段は、インバータのインバータ電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
検出されたインバータ電圧が予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧より高い場合にモータ室内を加圧する加圧部と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - 請求項6に記載のモータ絶縁保護装置において、
前記加圧部は、検出されたインバータ電圧と予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧とを比較する比較部と、
前記比較部からの出力に応じてモータ室内を加圧する加圧機構と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - モータ室内に設置されたモータと、
前記モータを駆動させるためのインバータ電圧を供給するインバータと、
前記モータ室内の内部圧力と前記インバータのインバータ電圧を監視し、モータの放電発生を予知した場合にモータ室内を加圧する加圧手段と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - 請求項8に記載のモータ絶縁保護装置において、
前記加圧手段は、モータ室内の内部圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
インバータのインバータ電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
検出された内部圧力が予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力より低く、検出されたインバータ電圧が予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧より高い場合に、モータ室内を加圧する加圧部と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - 請求項9に記載のモータ絶縁保護装置において、
前記加圧部は、検出された内部圧力と予め設定された放電発生予知用内部圧力とを比較する圧力比較部と、
検出されたインバータ電圧と予め設定された放電発生予知用インバータ電圧とを比較する電圧比較部と、
前記圧力比較部と電圧比較部からの出力に応じてモータ室内を加圧する加圧機構と、を有することを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のモータ絶縁保護装置において、
さらに、モータ室には、安全弁が設けられていることを特徴とするモータ絶縁保護装置。 - 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のモータ絶縁保護装置を有する車両。
