Claims (23)
- 熱交換器、たとえば自動車冷房装置用の熱交換器であって、
少なくとも1つの流体入口と、第1出口及び第2出口を含む少なくとも2つの流体出口とを有し、
少なくとも1つの入口と第1出口との間に、複数の流体接続部が配置されており、
複数の流体接続部がさまざまな領域に区画されており、少なくとも1つの入口と第1出口との間に第1流体接続部領域が配置され、第1出口と第2出口との間に第2流体接続部領域が配置されており、
熱交換器の幅方向が上下方向に位置し、深さ方向が水平方向に奥行方向として位置しており、
複数の流体接続部の配置されている幅方向の平面に対して垂直でかつ水平方向の平面において室として構成された方向転換部が深さ方向の転換をするために設けられていることを特徴とする、熱交換器。 - 第1出口及び第2出口の他に第3出口が配置されており、第2出口と第3出口との間に他の流体接続部領域が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 第1出口及び第2出口の他に他の第n出口が配置されており、第n‐1出口と第n出口との間に他の流体接続部領域が設けられており、nが好ましくは3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10または10超であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 個々の流体接続部領域が入口室、集合室、方向転換室および/または出口室を通して他の流体接続部の領域および/または1つの入口および/または1つの出口と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 入口室、集合室、方向転換室および/または出口室が、好ましくは、流体接続部の横に配置される横箱内に配置されており、横箱が隔壁によってさまざまな室に区画可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の熱交換器。
- 隔壁が垂直壁、水平壁、l形壁、z形壁、c形壁、t形壁、またはそれらを複合して形成した壁として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの第1流体接続部領域と1つの第2流体接続部領域との間で奥行方向に、複数の流体接続部の平面での方向転換部があることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの第1流体接続部領域と1つの第2流体接続部領域との間で幅方向つまり上下方向に、複数の流体接続部の配置されている幅方向すなわち上下方向の平面に対して垂直な別の幅方向すなわち上下方向の平面において方向転換部がその別の幅方向すなわち上下方向の転換をするために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの第1流体接続部領域と1つの第2流体接続部領域との間で奥行方向および幅方向に、流体接続部の平面とこの流体接続部平面に垂直な平面での方向転換部があることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 2つの流体接続部領域が、それらの間に出口なしに、向流で案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 他の媒体または流体用の通路が複数の流体接続部の間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- これらの通路が複数の流体接続部の間のフィンによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の熱交換器。
- 媒体が空気であることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の熱交換器。
- 媒体が流動媒体または液状媒体であることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の熱交換器。
- 流体接続部が管、好ましくは扁平管または円形管または長円形管であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 管が、管の長さにわたって互いに連通していない多数の流体通路を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 流体接続部または管が、管の長さにわたって互いに連通した多数の流体通路を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 流体接続部または管が流体接続部の平面ごとに1列または多列に並べて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの熱交換器を備え、少なくとも2つの集成装置を有し、集成装置が流体管路を利用して熱交換器に供給可能でありかつ1つの流体入口と1つの流体出口とを有するものにおいて、入口と出口とを有するポンプが少なくとも1つの熱交換器の出口と少なくとも1つの集成装置の入口との間に配置されており、他の集成装置の少なくとも1つの出口がポンプの入口側と接続可能であることを特徴とする流体サイクル。
- 他の集成装置の入口が熱交換器の1つの出口と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項19記載の流体サイクル。
- 多数の他の集成装置が直列に接続され、流体を流通させることを特徴とする、請求項19または20記載の流体サイクル。
- 多数の他の集成装置が並列に接続され、流体を流通させることを特徴とする、請求項19または20記載の流体サイクル。
- 他の1つの集成装置の入口が熱交換器の1つの出口と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項19〜22のいずれか1項記載の流体サイクル。
