Description
‐開口した滅菌室に1群の容器を運び入れるステップ、
‐滅菌室を閉鎖するステップ、
‐滅菌室を500mb以下の圧力に予備減圧するステップ、
‐水蒸気と過酸化水素蒸気とを含む蒸気混合物を滅菌室に供給するステップ、
‐蒸気混合物を容器の表面で滅菌と同時に凝縮させるステップ、
‐凝縮液の両方の成分が蒸発する圧力に滅菌室を減圧することによって、生成した凝縮液を除去するステップ、
‐滅菌室に無菌ガスを注入するステップ、
‐滅菌室を開口するステップ、
‐1群の容器を滅菌室から取り出すステップ
を含み、滅菌室を開口する瞬間に滅菌室内で約0.2〜0.8mbの僅かなゲージ圧が存在することを特徴とする、方法。
Claims (5)
- 減圧可能な滅菌室内にある1群の容器を滅菌する方法において、次のステップ、すなわち、
(a)開口した滅菌室に1群の容器を運び入れるステップ、
(b)滅菌室を閉鎖するステップ、
(c)滅菌室を500mb以下の圧力に予備減圧するステップ、
(d)水蒸気と過酸化水素蒸気とを含む蒸気混合物を滅菌室に供給するステップ、
(e)蒸気混合物を容器の表面で滅菌と同時に凝縮させるステップ、
(f)凝縮液の両方の成分が蒸発する圧力に滅菌室を減圧することによって、生成した凝縮液を除去するステップ、
(g)滅菌室に無菌ガスを注入するステップ、
(h)滅菌室を開口するステップ、
(i)1群の容器を滅菌室から取り出すステップ、
を含み、
ベーンポンプとルーツポンプとからなる吸排ユニットが滅菌室を減圧するのに使用され、予備減圧中ルーツポンプがバイパスによって迂回されることを特徴とする方法。 - 減圧可能な滅菌室内にある1群の容器を滅菌する方法において、次のステップ、すなわち、
(a)開口した滅菌室に1群の容器を運び入れるステップ、
(b)滅菌室を閉鎖するステップ、
(c)滅菌室を500mb以下の圧力に予備減圧するステップ、
(d)水蒸気と過酸化水素蒸気とを含む蒸気混合物を滅菌室に供給するステップ、
(e)蒸気混合物を容器の表面で滅菌と同時に凝縮させるステップ、
(f)凝縮液の両方の成分が蒸発する圧力に滅菌室を減圧することによって、生成した凝縮液を除去するステップ、
(g)滅菌室に無菌ガスを注入するステップ、
(h)滅菌室を開口するステップ、
(i)1群の容器を滅菌室から取り出すステップ、
を含み、
滅菌室に供給すべき蒸気混合物が、および/または滅菌室に注入するのに必要な無菌ガスが、滅菌室の上流に設けられる貯蔵容器内にそれぞれ用意され、貯蔵容器が必要とされない操作ステップの間に当該貯蔵容器が再び充填されることを特徴とする方法。 - 無菌ガスを収容する貯蔵容器内に予め決定可能な圧力が生成され、この圧力が滅菌室内で予想される最終圧力を決定することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 滅菌室を開口する瞬間に滅菌室内で約0.2〜0.8mbの僅かなゲージ圧が存在することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 凝縮液を除去するために滅菌室が約4mbの圧力に減圧されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
