Claims (3)
- 光ファイバの出し入れが可能で、重水素含有ガスが充填された複数の反応容器と、1つの貯蔵容器と、前記反応容器内の重水素含有ガスを、少なくとも反応容器から貯蔵容器へ、貯蔵容器から反応容器へそれぞれ送り出すための吸引ポンプとを有し、
前記複数の反応容器は、制御部によって必ず1つの反応容器が反応停止中となっている時、残りの反応容器が反応中となるよう順次プログラム制御される一方、前記貯蔵容器を、反応停止中となっている前記反応容器内の重水素含有ガスを一時的に退避させる退避容器として使用することを特徴とする光ファイバの処理装置。 - 前記貯蔵容器は、反応容器の容積と同じ容積に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ファイバの処理装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器は、常時は真空から大気圧の状態に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光ファイバの処理装置。
