Claims (3)
- 外方部材と、
外方部材の内周側に配置した内方部材と、
内方部材および外方部材間に介装され、ピッチ円径との比が0.03以下の径で形成された複数の転動体と、
各転動体を保持する複数のポケットを有し、複数の樹脂製セグメントを結合して環状に形成され、各セグメントの隣り合うセグメントとの結合部に、円周方向で相手側と凹凸係合する凹凸何れかの形状からなる円周方向嵌合部と、セグメントの内周面および外周面から離隔した半径方向一部領域に形成された突起とこの突起に適合する凹部の何れかからなり、内・外径双方の半径方向で相手側と凹凸係合する半径方向嵌合部とが設けられ、各結合部で、円周方向嵌合部の軸方向両側に円周方向嵌合部と独立して半径方向嵌合部を配した保持器とを具備することを特徴とする超薄肉形転がり軸受。 - 上記外方部材および内方部材のうちの何れか一方が、被写体の周囲を回転するCTスキャナ装置の回転架台に、他方が当該装置の固定架台にそれぞれ固定されている請求項1記載の超薄肉形転がり軸受。
- 転動体径とピッチ円径との比が0.03以下の超薄型転がり軸受に使用され、転動体を保持する複数のポケットを備える保持器であって、
樹脂製の複数のセグメントを結合して環状に形成され、各セグメントの隣り合うセグメントとの結合部に、円周方向で相手側と凹凸係合する凹凸何れかの形状からなる円周方向嵌合部と、セグメントの内周面および外周面から離隔した半径方向一部領域に形成された突起とこの突起に適合する凹部の何れかからなり、内・外径双方の半径方向で相手側と凹凸係合する半径方向嵌合部とが設けられ、各結合部で、円周方向嵌合部の軸方向両側に円周方向嵌合部と独立して半径方向嵌合部を配したことを特徴とする超薄肉形転がり軸受用保持器。
