Claims (19)
- 成人の脊椎の二つの隣接した椎体間の円板空間の高さ内にこの高さに亘って後側アプローチで少なくとも一部を埋め込むための体内脊椎癒合インプラントにおいて、

- 請求項2に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記拡張器は、前記本体の高さ及び幅を大きくするために前記拡張器を初期位置から最終位置まで移動するのに使用される工具と螺合するためのねじ山を備えた開口部を含む、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記拡張された位置の前記インプラントは、骨が隣接した椎体から隣接した椎体へ前記本体を通して成長できるように、前記拡張器を移動するための任意の機構による妨げが実質的にない、少なくとも一つの中空内部部分を有する、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記拡張器は、前記本体の前記側部分の一方だけと接触することによって前記本体の一方の側部の前記幅を拡張するように形成されている、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記拡張器は、前記上部分、前記下部分、及び前記側部分のうちの少なくとも一つの少なくとも一部を受け入れるように形成されている、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記上部分、前記下部分、及び前記側部分のうちの少なくとも一つが、互いから少なくとも部分的に空間によって離間された複数のアームを含み、前記空間は、開口部、スリット、及びスロットのうちの少なくとも一つである、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記上部分、前記下部分、及び前記側部分のうちの少なくとも一つが内面を有し、前記内面の少なくとも一部が、前記拡張器を受け入れてこれを前記本体の長さに沿って配置するようになった座部を形成する、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記上部分、前記下部分、及び前記側部分は、前記インプラントが畳んだ位置にある場合、全体に円筒形形状を形成する、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記上部分、前記下部分、及び前記側部分は、前記インプラントが前記拡張された位置にある場合、全体に截頭円錐形形状を形成する、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記上部分、前記下部分、及び前記側部分のうちの少なくとも一つが、前記本体の前記長さの少なくとも部分に沿って少なくとも部分的に凹状をなしている、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記拡張器を前記本体の前記長さの少なくとも一部に沿って前記インプラントの前記上部分と前記下部分との間で移動するため、前記本体の前記中空内部内に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるようになったポストと組み合わされる、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、隣接した椎体と係合するため、少なくとも前記上部分及び前記下部分の外側に形成された骨係合面を更に含み、この骨係合面は、ねじ山、ラチェット、スプライン、表面荒らし、及びローレット切りのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、インプラント。
- 請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、骨成長促進材料と組み合わされる、インプラント。
- 請求項15に記載のインプラントにおいて、前記骨成長促進材料は、骨、骨由来製品、脱塩骨母材、骨化蛋白質、骨形態形成蛋白質、ヒドロキシアパタイト、及び骨を形成するための遺伝子配列のうちの一つから選択される、インプラント。
