一种脊椎复位装置,涉及骨科手术用医疗器械技术领域,包括定位座和顶推杆,定位座两侧对称设有连接棒,两个连接棒的一端与定位座固定连接,定位座中部设有顶推螺纹孔,顶推杆上设有与顶推螺纹孔相配合的顶推螺纹,顶推杆经顶推螺纹、顶推螺纹孔与定位座配合连接。本发明具有结构简单、操作简单方便,复位的可控性强、效果好,治疗效果佳,不会对病变关节造成二次损伤等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨科手术用医疗器械技术领域,详细讲是一种结构简单、操作方便,复位效果好,手术效果佳的脊椎复位装置。
背景技术
我们知道,脊椎由于病变、外力作用等原因脱位时,需要使用矫形棒进行矫形复位。在手术的过程中,需要将脱位的椎节首先进行复位,然后再用矫形棒进行固定。目前将脱位的椎节进行复位的操作,均是医生使用常见的手术钳、手术剪、顶杠等能够顶推的辅助器械顶推病变的关节,进行病变关节的复位操作。此种复位操作存在如下缺点:1、操作难度大,需要经验丰富的医生操作;2、病变关节复位的位置不可控、误差大,影响治疗效果;3辅助器械容易对病变关节造成二次损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、操作简单方便,复位的可控性强、效果好,治疗效果佳,不会对病变关节造成二次损伤的脊椎复位装置。
本发明解决上述现有技术的不足所采用的技术方案是:
一种脊椎复位装置,其特征在于包括定位座和顶推杆,定位座两侧对称设有连接棒,定位座中部设有顶推螺纹孔,顶推杆上设有与顶推螺纹孔相配合的顶推螺纹,顶推杆经顶推螺纹、顶推螺纹孔与定位座配合连接。
本发明中所述的连接棒为弧形棒。弧形棒的弧度与脊椎的生理曲度相同,连接更平滑、稳定。
本发明中所述的顶推杆后端设有操控手柄。便于手术中顶推杆的拧动,操作省力。
本发明使用过程中,将定位座与顶推杆分离,首先在病变关节的上下相邻关节上分别植入安装矫形棒的椎弓根螺钉,将本发明的定位座与病变关节相对、两个连接棒分别与病变关节的上下相邻关节上的椎弓根螺钉连接固定,将顶推杆安装在定位座上、向前拧动顶推杆,顶推杆前端顶在脱位的病变关节上,持续拧动顶推杆,顶推杆持续顶动脱位的病变关节使其复位,复位的距离在手术过程中根据拧动顶推杆来控制,可控性强、误差小,更不会出现用力不稳导致复位偏差大的问题。复位完成后,拆卸下顶推杆,在椎弓根螺钉上连接矫形棒进行固定即可。本发明具有结构简单、操作简单方便,复位的可控性强、效果好,治疗效果佳,不会对病变关节造成二次损伤等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示的脊椎复位装置,包括定位座2和顶推杆4,定位座2两侧对称设有连接棒1,两个连接棒1的一端与定位座2固定连接,连接棒1为弧形棒,两个弧形的连接棒1在同一弧面上;弧形棒的弧度与脊椎的生理曲度相同,与脊椎连接得更平滑顺利、稳定性高。定位座2呈圆柱套状,定位座2中部设有顶推螺纹孔6,顶推杆4上设有与顶推螺纹孔6相配合的顶推螺纹3,从图3中可以看出,顶推螺纹3设在顶推杆前部,顶推杆经顶推螺纹、顶推螺纹孔与定位座配合连接。顶推杆后端设有操控手柄5。便于手术中顶推杆的拧动,操作省力。
本发明使用过程中,将定位座与顶推杆分离,首先在病变关节的上下相邻关节上分别植入安装矫形棒的椎弓根螺钉,将本发明的定位座与病变关节相对、两个连接棒分别与病变关节的上下相邻关节上的椎弓根螺钉连接固定,将顶推杆安装在定位座上、向前拧动顶推杆,顶推杆前端顶在脱位的病变关节上,持续拧动顶推杆,顶推杆持续顶动脱位的病变关节使其复位,复位的距离在手术过程中根据拧动顶推杆来控制,可控性强、误差小,更不会出现用力不稳导致复位偏差大的问题。根据病情需要,也可以使用两个脊椎复位装置在脊椎关节的左右两侧同时操作,提高操作的稳定性,当一侧的顶推杆拆卸后,病变关节不存在再次移位的可能,可靠性更高。复位完成后,拆卸下顶推杆,在椎弓根螺钉上连接矫形棒进行固定即可。本发明具有结构简单、操作简单方便,复位的可控性强、效果好,治疗效果佳,不会对病变关节造成二次损伤等优点。

1.一种脊椎复位装置,其特征在于包括定位座和顶推杆,定位座两侧对称设有连接棒,两个连接棒的一端与定位座固定连接,定位座中部设有顶推螺纹孔,顶推杆上 设有与顶推螺纹孔相配合的顶推螺纹,顶推杆经顶推螺纹、顶推螺纹孔与定位座配合连接,所述的连接棒为弧形棒。
