Description
例えば、単気筒で手始動のディーゼルエンジンにおいては、デコンプ状態で燃料を噴射しながらフライホイールを回し、回転立ち上がり後に、デコンプを解除した際に、デコンプ時に噴射した大量の燃料が、圧力・温度の上昇と共に、気化・活性化し、ピストンが上死点に到達する前に着火を開始し、フライホイールの慣性力を持ってしても、上死点を超えられずに戻され、逆回転が発生する。

Claims (2)
- クランク軸(5)より動力伝達手段を介してカム軸(13)を駆動し、該カム軸(13)上に燃料噴射ポンプ(12)を駆動する燃料噴射ポンプ用カム(14)と、吸気弁(31)を駆動する吸気カム(21)と、排気弁(32)を駆動する排気カム(22)を設けた構成において、前記燃料噴射ポンプ用カム(14)の最大径部分(52)から回転方向後側に、最小径部分(51)よりも大径の中段部分(53)を所定角度(R3)で形成し、前記中段部分(53)の高さを、カム駆動による燃料噴射ポンプ(12)が始動時に噴射を終了する際のプランジャ(43)の始動時噴射終了リフト量(L1)時の高さと略同じ高さに構成し、前記最大径部分(51)から、径を徐々に小さくする傾斜部分(62)を経て、該中段部分(53)へ移行する位置を、該排気弁(32)が開き始める位置近傍に形成し、前記中段部分(53)から、前記最小径部分(51)に変化する傾斜部分(63)へ移行する位置を、該吸気弁(31)が開き始める部分近傍に形成し、該中段部分(53)の範囲である所定角度(R3)は、排気弁(32)を開閉する排気カム(22)のプロフィール(66)が、開けてから閉じるまでの範囲と略一致させて構成したことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの逆回転防止機構。
- 請求項1に記載のディーゼルエンジンの逆回転防止機構において、前記中段部分(53)の高さをコンロッド(6)先端の回動軌跡と干渉しない高さとしたことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの逆回転防止機構。
