Description
同様にドイツ連邦共和国特許第19801383号明細書によれば、イグニッションがスイッチオフされるとエンジン制御装置が、遮断機構をその開放位置に移動させてそこでロックする制御する、冒頭に述べた形式の排気ガス再循環装置が公知である。
そこで本発明の課題は、内燃機関のための冒頭に述べた形式の排気ガス再循環装置を改良して、特に安価な製造コストで、弁の遮断機構が弁座又は排気ガス再循環管路に固着することが避けられるようなものを提供することである。
図2は、図1に示した遮断機構を閉じた状態の概略図、
図3は、図1に示した遮断機構の最大の開放された状態の概略図、
図4は、図1に示した遮断機構の開放位置の状態の概略図、
図5は、図1に示した遮断機構の非作業位置にある状態を示す図である。
Claims (8)
- 殊に自動車(10)用の、内燃機関停止後に排気ガス再循環弁が固着するのを避けるための装置(24)であって、排気ガス(20)を戻し案内するために排気ガス管路(22)から分岐して新鮮ガス管路(14)内に開口する排気ガス再循環管路(26)を備えており、この排気ガス再循環管路(26)が遮断機構(36)を備えた弁(34)を有しており、遮断機構(36)が調節駆動装置(41)を介して閉鎖位置と開放位置との間で移動可能であって、内燃機関(12)の停止状態において弁(34)の遮断機構(36)が調節駆動装置(41)を介して非作業位置に位置決めされ、この非作業位置において弁が部分的に開放されている形式のものにおいて、
弁(34)の遮断機構(36)が伝動装置(40)を介して調節駆動装置(41)によって制御可能であって、この場合、伝動装置(40)によって調節駆動装置(41)の回転運動が遮断機構(36)のリニア運動に変換可能であり、伝動装置(40)が、第1の運動範囲と第2の運動範囲とを有しており、第1の運動範囲が弁(34)の遮断機構(36)の開放位置及び閉鎖位置によって制限されていて、第2の運動範囲が弁(34)の遮断機構(36)の閉鎖位置及び非作業位置によって制限されており、弁(34)の遮断機構(36)の非作業位置が、伝動装置(40)のためのストッパ(86)によって予め与えられていることを特徴とする、内燃機関停止後に排気ガス再循環弁が固着するのを避けるための装置。 - ストッパ(24)が調節可能である、請求項1記載の装置(24)。
- 伝動装置(40)が、遮断機構(36)を非作業位置へもまた閉鎖位置へもリセットするための戻しばね(80)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の装置(24)。
- 弁(34)の遮断機構(36)の実際位置が、制御ユニット(42)に接続されたセンサ(82)によって検出可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置(24)。
- 弁(34)が円板弁である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置(24)。
- 内燃機関(12)に供給される新鮮ガス(18)の量が制御可能なフラップ機構(28)を介して調節可能であり、この場合、弁(34)が下流側で制御可能なフラップ機構(28)の直後に開口している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置(24)。
- フラップ機構(28)がスロットルバルブ(32)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の排気ガス再循環装置(24)。
- 内燃機関が直接噴射式のオットー機関又は直接噴射式のディーゼル機関である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置(24)。
