Claims (5)
- 円弧状に湾曲させた複数枚のばね板の間に粘弾性材を積層してなる補強具を、建築物の土台、柱、梁などの構造材が交差するコーナー部に沿って配置するとともに前記補強具の両端部に設けた固着手段を介して前記コーナー部を挟んで互いに交差する構造材に前記複数枚のばね板における内側のばね板と外側のばね板とを前記粘弾性材を介して軸線方向に移動可能な状態でそれぞれ固定し、前記内側のばね板と外側のばね板とが軸線方向に移動して前記内側のばね板と外側のばね板との間に挟持された前記粘弾性材に生じる剪断変形による弾発緩衝性を発揮させて前記構造材に加わる振動エネルギーを吸収することにより耐震、免震効果を発揮させることを特徴とする建築物の免震工法。
- 前記ばね板がばね鋼材により形成されているとともに、前記粘弾性材がブチルゴム系、ジエンゴム系、ポリイソブチレン系、ポリエステル系、ポリアクリル系、ビニル系などの弾発緩衝性を有する高分子材料を主成分とする請求項1記載の建築物の免震工法。
- 前記固着手段が、補強具の両端に形成されたボルト孔と、これらのボルト孔および構造材に穿孔したボルト孔とに連通して嵌挿される取付けボルトとからなるとともに前記固着手段におけるボルト孔の内、内側のばね板に形成されたボルト孔が長孔である請求項1または2記載の建築物の免震工法。
- 前記固着手段が、複数個設けられている請求項1,2または3記載の建築物の免震工法。
- 前記固着手段における取付けボルトが補強具に貫通する部分が構造材に貫通する部分に比べて大径の段付きボルトであり、頭部の下面に沿って配置するワッシャの底面と段の下面に沿って配置するワッシャの上面との間隔が前記補強具の厚さよりも僅かに広く形成されている請求項1,2,3または4記載の建築物の免震工法。
