【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an aquatic organism mainly used for ornamental fish such as tropical fish, freshwater fish, saltwater fish, invertebrate organisms, turtles, etc., and breeding fish and shellfish for edible purposes. The present invention relates to a denitrification / reduction water purification treatment system using facultative anaerobic bacteria used in used waste.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an anaerobic water purification treatment system of this type, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2665789, the volume of water to be treated and the singular contained water inside the reactor A thick partition including a main reaction space made of porous or fibrous material is formed between the volume and a means for maintaining a concentration gradient of various dissolved substances is provided in this space to diffuse various microorganisms. Technology to purify has been proposed. In addition, conventionally, a partition plate having a large number of water passage holes is provided in a sealed housing that does not transmit light, and one chamber partitioned by the partition plate contains a component that causes anaerobic bacteria to grow. Filling the bait balls, which are spherical filter media, and installing pipes so that the water circulates through the chambers partitioned by the partition plate, suppresses the increase in nitrate contained in the water in the water tank, Techniques for reducing the number of replacements have been proposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the prior art, for example, in the system disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2665789, it takes too much time to stabilize by anaerobic bacteria. Moreover, it is unsightly because it puts a lot of sand in the aquarium. In addition, even if it is possible to rear sardine and small amount of fish that do not require much food, it is not suitable for rearing fish or sardine that requires a large amount of food because it cannot keep up with the decomposition process of nitrate that accumulates every day. . Therefore, as a result, it is forced to change the water, it becomes difficult to stabilize the water quality, and large-scale breeding of fish and the like is also difficult. In addition, there is a flow-through box type device that contains a food ball for anaerobic bacteria in the conventional technology, but although it is a flow-type, it does not catch up with the decomposition of nitrate accumulated in the water tank every day at a flow rate similar to drip. When the flow rate was increased, it was difficult to maintain an anoxic water area. In addition, by returning the water filtered in the anaerobic circulation flow path into the aerobic circulation flow path, the nitrogen denitrified and reduced in the anaerobic circulation flow path is returned to the water breeding aquatic organisms. It has been found that this nitrogen component inhibits the growth of invertebrates such as cormorants and shellfish. In addition, food balls that are supposed to be food for anaerobic bacteria (mainly organic substances consisting of methanol, methyl alcohol, etc.) are dissolved in the breeding water, and the breeding water and the aerobic filtration bacteria are harmful to the breeding water so that the breeding water becomes cloudy. give. Furthermore, it may increase the ammonia and nitrite concentrations, leading to lethality of domesticated organisms.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention was created in view of the existing circumstances as described above, and is a nitrate that is harmful to breeding organisms such as fish and carp compared to conventional anaerobic water purification treatment systems. Can be efficiently decomposed and denitrified and reduced in a short time, and the nitrogen components are separated and discharged from the water for breeding, and the frequency of water exchange is reduced as much as possible to reduce the purification cost and to replace the water. It is an object of the present invention to provide a denitrification / reduction water purification treatment system using facultative anaerobic bacteria which can eliminate the above-mentioned problem.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, in the present invention,An aerobic circulating flow path equipped with an aerobic filter device using aerobic bacteria by circulating water in an aquatic animal breeding tank, and sealed using anaerobic bacteria circulated independently from the aerobic circulating flow path An anaerobic circulating flow path with an anaerobic filter device, and through sand or a water-permeable and oxygen-impermeable screen member that separates the aerobic circulating flow path and the anaerobic circulating flow path The denitrification reduction water purification system is provided so that nitrate is infiltrated and taken in from the aerobic circulation flow path to the anaerobic circulation flow path, and the nitrate is decomposed in the anaerobic circulation flow path. The nitrogen gas generated when nitrate is decomposed in the anaerobic circulating water flow path is provided so as to be discharged in a separated state so as not to contact the water in the aerobic circulating water flow path.
[0007]
Then, the anaerobic circulating water flow path is located at the bottom of the aquatic aquaculture tank P, the bottom of the water chamber adjacent to the external aerobic filtration tank connected to the aquatic aquaculture tank P, or the bottom of the aerobic filtration tank Arrange.

In the anaerobic water purification treatment system for aquatic organism breeding according to the present invention configured as described above,Aerobic filter device 20The nitrate generated in the above is decomposed in an anaerobic circulation flow path independent of the aerobic circulation flow path of water. Nitrate is infiltrated into the anaerobic circulation flow path from the aerobic circulation flow path, and decomposed in the anaerobic circulation flow path that circulates independently from the aerobic circulation flow path, so that the nitrate in the tank can be efficiently made in a short time Decompose well and denitrify and reduce.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, the anaerobic circulation flow path of water centering on the anaerobic filter device is formed in a state independent of the aerobic circulation flow path provided with the aerobic filtration tank. That is, aerobic that circulates the water in the aquatic animal breeding tank P through sand that separates the aerobic circulation flow path and the anaerobic circulation flow path, or a water-permeable and oxygen-impermeable screen member. Nitrate is permeated and taken into the anaerobic circulating water path from the circulating water path.
[0018]
[0019]
FIG. 1 shows an outline of the system. Nitrate S in a water tank P generated in an aerobic circulation flow path is infiltrated and taken into the anaerobic circulation flow path, and this nitrate S is taken from the aerobic circulation flow path. It is denitrified and reduced in an anaerobic circulating running water route that circulates independently. The anaerobic circulating water flow path in the illustrated example uses a sealed

Next, examples in the above-described embodiments will be described based on experimental results. Aerobic filtration equipment is external wet & dry + upper filter.
Example 1
First, the case of saltwater fish will be described. A slat-like upper plate portion of the anaerobic bottom filter body disposed in a water tank having a size of 620 mm (W) × 360 mm (D) × 450 mm (H) and a water storage capacity of about 70 liters. On the top surface, powdery cinnabar is laid down to a thickness of about 4 cm, and sesame granular cinnabar is further laid down to a thickness of about 1 cm. The aerobic filter material is Tetra's external wet & dry + upper filter. At this time, since an anoxic state was confirmed on the 6th day, systematization was attempted with the thickness as it was without adding sand. As a result, the results shown in Table 1 below were obtained.
[0032]
[Table 1]
[0033]
That is, on the first day of the set, about 5 kg of fresh live rock, which is a natural rock collected from the sea, is placed in the breeding tank, and an external aerobic filter and an external anaerobic (there are natural bacteria in live rock) Put a filter medium in the filter, and put commercially available aerobic and anaerobic bacteria (natural bacteria cultured and put into a dead state) in each filter, and wait for the bacteria to settle on the dedicated filter medium . At this time, ammonia and nitrous acid are generated because some of the organisms attached to the live rock are killed. This is due to the fact that they do not match the quality of the artificial seawater and salt, and damage during transportation. It is thought to be due to. On the third day, aerobic bacteria activated, decomposed ammonia and nitrite, and nitrate was generated. On the fourth day, nitrate in the rearing tank penetrates into the anaerobic water side, and the concentration starts to decrease. On the fifth day, about 100 damselfish were placed in a water tank and observation of the living body was started. From the sixth day onwards, the animals were fed twice a morning and night. On the 7th day, some nitrate was generated in the breeding aquarium, but from the 8th day onward, it was confirmed that ammonia, nitrite and nitrate were not generated as far as the commercially available reagents were concerned. In addition, since this day, small bubbles have risen several times in the nitrogen exhaust pipe, and it has been confirmed that the vagina is outside the breeding tank. From the above, we were able to create a safe environment for living organisms of saltwater fish in about one week.
[0034]
(Example 2)
Next, the system was the same as in Example 1, but instead of using commercially available bacteria, 10 damselfish were used as starting fish. At this time, the starting fish waits for the bacteria to naturally spring from the fish droppings,
This is due to the selection of a strong and inexpensive one such as a damselfish so that the fish may be damaged during that time. As a result, the results shown in Table 2 below were obtained. That is, compared to the case of Table 1 described above, it took 4 times longer to start bacteria, but the water quality remained stable. At this time, 90 sparrowfishes have been added since the 30th day.
[0035]
[Table 2]
[0036]
(Example 3)
Next, in the case where an anaerobic bottom filter body having a size corresponding to a quarter of the bottom area of the water tank and the filtration tank is used and an anaerobic tank is formed as a part of the filtration tank of the overflow type water tank, the following Table 3 is used. As shown in Fig. 3, it was found that the water quality was stable although the anaerobic filter had a small area and it took some time to decompose the nitrate. At this time, a commercially available bacterium is used to start the bacterium, and the number of fish is 100 damselfish as in Example 1 described above.
[0037]
[Table 3]
[0038]
Example 4
Next, the case of freshwater fish will be explained. In this experiment, a fish named Discus was selected. Traditionally, this type of fish has characteristics that are not found in other fish, as it is well known for its frequent rearing. First, it requires a high protein diet of raw beef lean mince for food. Second, it is a very large meal during the growth period of fry to adult fish. Third, the water temperature is as high as about 30 ° C. (Normal fish are about 26 ° C), so bacteria are slow to spring, and fourthly, they are sensitive to water quality and easily get sick. The aerobic system is an external wet & dry + upper filter as in the case of seawater. Since sand wants to maintain the pH from neutral to slightly acidic, river sand and oak gravel were used. As a result, as shown in Table 4 below, the system started up at about 1 month and the water quality was stable.
[0039]
[Table 4]
[0040]
(Example 5)
In this example, an anaerobic bottom filter body having a size corresponding to a quarter of the bottom area of the water tank and the filtration tank, which is a fresh water fish named Discus, was used. As a result, as shown in Table 5 below, it took twice as long as in Example 4, but it was found that the water quality was stable. Therefore, it can be judged from the data of Example 4 and Example 5 that the water quality stability regarding the breeding of normal fish is easy.
[0041]
[Table 5]
[0042]
(Example 6)
This example is the result of an experiment in which the number of fish is changed in a stable aquarium P that has passed for 30 days or more, and water quality tests are performed at intervals of about 5 days. As a result, as shown in Table 6 below, reducing the number of fish decreases the nitrite ion concentration and nitrate ion concentration, and increasing the fish increases the concentration. Further, when the number of the animals was doubled to 200, it was found that nitrate ions were generated in the water tank P. Therefore, it was confirmed that the allowable amount was exceeded. As described above, the amount of dredging material in the sealed
[0043]
[Table 6]
[0044]
As shown in the above examples, particularly Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3, it can be seen that calcium ions in seawater gradually increase and are stable in seawater. Calcium ions are a very important component for raising, for example, salmon and shellfish, and are necessary for raising seawater organisms.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention has various effects as described below.
(1) It is possible to decompose and denitrify nitrates that are harmful to breeding organisms such as ornamental tropical fish and carp, fish and shellfish for edible purposes, and complete water purification is achieved.

(3) We succeeded in increasing calcium ions in seawater, which is impossible with conventional technology.
(4) The frequency of water exchange can be eliminated as much as possible, the purification cost can be reduced, and human fatigue and labor caused by water exchange can be saved.
(5) Enables bacterial growth in a short period of time.
(6) A large number of organisms can be reared in an aquarium without changing water.
(7) The occurrence of unsightly moss and algae can be suppressed.
(8) It is possible to easily prevent biological diseases and infectious diseases.
(9) Water quality can be stabilized.
(10) A large amount of anaerobic bacteria can be grown and maintained.
