Description
Claims (9)
- ニッケル、白金、パラジウム、コバルト、ロジウム、銀、金、銅、イリジウム、レニウム、セリウム、その合金、その二元合金、その三元合金、その金属間化合物、およびその組み合わせからなる群から選択される1以上の金属を含む触媒着火促進物品であって、
当該物品がさらに、ニッケル、白金、パラジウム、コバルト、ロジウム、銀、金、銅、イリジウム、レニウム、セリウム、その合金、その二元合金、その三元合金、その金属間化合物、およびその組み合わせからなる群から選択される1以上の金属の金属コーティングを、当該物品の重量を基準として1重量%未満含み;
当該金属が1以上の化学処理または1以上の化学処理および物理処理の組み合わせを用いて物品上に堆積される、
触媒と接触させて用いられる触媒着火促進物品。 - 物品が、使用済み触媒、汚染された触媒、損傷した触媒およびその組み合わせからなる群から選択される触媒から調製され、かつ網の形態である請求項1記載の触媒着火促進物品。
- 物品が、シアン化水素、硝酸、アセチレン、C2〜C8アルケン、合成ガス、およびホルムアルデヒドからなる群から選択される化合物の製造において用いられる触媒中に含まれる請求項1記載の触媒着火促進物品。
- (a)ニッケル、白金、パラジウム、コバルト、ロジウム、銀、金、銅、イリジウム、レニウム、セリウム、その合金、その二元合金、その三元合金、その金属間化合物、およびその組み合わせからなる群から選択される1以上の金属を含む触媒の1以上の部分から1以上の物品を調製する工程;
(b)1以上の化学処理または1以上の化学処理と物理処理の組み合わせと、各物品とを接触させる工程、
を含む、触媒と接触させて用いられる1以上の触媒着火促進物品を調製する方法であって、
各物品が、ニッケル、白金、パラジウム、コバルト、ロジウム、銀、金、銅、イリジウム、レニウム、セリウム、その合金、その二元合金、その三元合金、その金属間化合物、およびその組み合わせからなる群から選択される1以上の金属の金属コーティングを当該物品の重量を基準として1重量%未満含む金属コーティングでコートされている、1以上の触媒着火促進物品を調製する方法。 - 金属コーティングが、白金黒、ラネーNi、金属ハロゲン化物(F、Cl、Br、Iおよびその組み合わせ)、金属アンモニア複合体、有機金属化合物、金属カルボニルおよび金属オレフィン、金属水素化物ならびにその組み合わせからなる群から選択される1以上の金属化合物から調製される請求項4記載の方法。
- 触媒を請求項1記載の1以上の着火促進物品と接触させる工程を含むシアン化水素の製造において、メタンおよびアンモニアの着火温度を低下させる方法。
- 新調触媒、使用済み触媒、リサイクル触媒、再生触媒、損傷した触媒、汚染された触媒およびその組み合わせからなる群から選択される1以上の触媒を着火させるための方法であって、各触媒を請求項1記載の1以上の着火促進物品と接触させる工程を含む方法。
- 白金黒、白金海綿、ラネーNi、白金(II)ハライド(PtF2、PtCl2、PtBr2およびPtI2)、白金(IV)ハライド(PtF4、PtCl4、PtBr4およびPtI4)、白金(VI)ハライド(PtF6 2−、PtCl6 2−、PtBr6 2−およびPtI6 2−)、ツァイゼ塩、Pt(II)、Pt(IV)およびPt(VI)のアンモニア複合体、塩化白金酸(H2PtCl6)、臭化白金酸(H2PtBr6)、有機金属Pt(0)化合物、ビス(エチレン)白金化合物およびジビニルテトラアルキルシロキサンPt(0)化合物、白金アセチルアセトネート、シアン化白金、水素化白金複合体およびその組み合わせからなる群から選択される1以上の化合物から、着火促進物品上の金属コーティングが調製される請求項6記載の方法。
- 着火促進物品上の金属コーティングの重量が、当該物品の重量を基準として0.05重量%〜0.75重量%である請求項6記載の方法。
