Description
a)1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン骨格または1,4,7−トリアザシクロノナン骨格を含む錯体配位子を有するクロム錯体および
b)アルキルアルモキサンをアルミニウム:遷移金属のモル比が10を上廻る程度の量で含んでいる触媒系と接触させることにより、オレフィンをオリゴマー化する方法に関する。
a)多座の錯体配位子を有する少なくとも1個の遷移金属錯体および
b)アルキルアルモキサンをアルミニウム:遷移金属のモル比が10を上廻る程度の量で含んでいる触媒系と接触させることにより、オレフィンをオリゴマー化する方法によって解決され、この場合には、少なくとも部分量の遷移金属錯体をオリゴマー化の進行中に連続的または回分的に添加する。
1,3,5−トリ−第三ブチル−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン、
1,3,5−トリエチル−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン、
1,3,5−トリス[(1−フェニルエチル)]−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサンおよび
1,3−ジ−n−ドデシル−5−[2−(N,N−ジメチルアミノ)エチル]−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサンであり、ならびに特に好ましいのは、
1,3,5−トリ−n−オクチル−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン、
1,3,5−トリ−n−ドデシル−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン、
1,3,5−トリベンジル−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン、
1,3,5−トリス−(2−エチルヘキシル)−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン、
1,3,5−トリス(2−n−プロピルヘプチル)−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサンである。
2−ジ(C1〜C6−アルキル)ホスフィノエチルシクロペンタジエニル、
2−ジ(C1〜C6−アルキル)ホスフィノプロピルシクロペンタジエニル、
2−ジ(C1〜C6−アルキル)アミノエチルシクロペンタジエニル、
第三ブチルシクロペンタジエニルまたは2−フェニルプロプ−2−イルシクロペンタジエニルである。
接触型温度計、撹拌機、加熱用金属(Heizpilz)およびガス導入管を装備した1リットルの四口フラスコ中に、アルゴン雰囲気下でトルエン250ml中の[(1,3,5−トリス−n−ドデシル−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン)CrCl3]42.1μmolを40℃で装入した。この溶液をブテンで飽和した。次に、メチルアルモキサン14.74mmol(MAO)を350のアルミニウム:クロムのモル比に相応して(トルエン中の1.6M溶液の形で)添加した。MAOの添加後に得ることができる明緑色/黄色の溶液に1−ブテンを導通した。1時間後、さらにクロム錯体40.2μmolを添加し、したがって今やアルミニウム:クロムのモル比は、180であった。数時間の後、再びクロム錯体40.5μmolを添加し、この場合アルミニウム:クロムのモル比は、120であった。全体で3時間後、反応をメタノール50ml中の濃塩酸15mlの添加によって終結させ、反応混合物をなお15分間、さらに攪拌した。その後に、メタノール250mlを添加し、さらに15分間攪拌した。生成物を3回水で洗浄し、硫酸ナトリウム上で乾燥させた。こうして得られた溶液からドデセンの収率をガスクロマトグラフィーにより測定した。全部でドデセン25.8gが形成された。
接触型温度計、撹拌機、加熱用金属(Heizpilz)およびガス導入管を装備した1リットルの四口フラスコ中に、トルエン250ml中の[(1,3,5−トリス−n−ドデシル−1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン)CrCl3]40.9μmolを40℃で装入した。この溶液をブテンで飽和した。その後に、MAO14.32mmolを350のアルミニウム:クロムのモル比に相応して(トルエン中の1.6M溶液の形で)添加した。この溶液に1−ブテンを導通した。1時間後、ドデセンの生産量は、明らかに減少した。後処理を前記実施例の記載と同様に行なった。ドデセン10.2gを得ることができた。
Claims (4)
- オレフィンを、
a)1,3,5−トリアザシクロヘキサン骨格または1,4,7−トリアザシクロノナン骨格を含む錯体配位子を有するクロム錯体および
b)アルキルアルモキサンをアルミニウム:遷移金属のモル比が10を上廻る程度の量で含んでいる触媒系と接触させることにより、オレフィンをオリゴマー化する方法において、
少なくとも部分量の遷移金属錯体をオリゴマー化の進行中に連続的または回分的に添加することを特徴とする、オレフィンをオリゴマー化する方法。 - 部分量の遷移金属錯体をアルキルアルモキサンと一緒に装入し、少なくとも他の部分量の遷移金属錯体の添加によってアルミニウム:遷移金属のモル比を初期値の半分未満に減少させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- アルミニウム:遷移金属の初期のモル比が100を上廻る、請求項2記載の方法。
- アルキルアルモキサンがメチルアルモキサンである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
