Description
(技術分野)
本発明は、一般的に、流動可能な物質の容器についての閉鎖に関し、そして、より詳しくは、医療用流体の容器のための閉鎖アセンブリに関する。
種々の医学的状態について患者を処置するための方法として、経静脈的または経腸的のいずれかで患者に流体を提供することは、一般的な医療の実行である。患者に投与されるこの流体は、頻繁に、可撓性の容器中に含まれる。可撓性容器を形成する1つの方法は、可撓性材料の2枚のシートを、このシートの周囲についてシールして、流体を密封するチャンバーを作製することである。このシールプロセスの間、開口管アセンブリは、頻繁に、これらのシートの間に配置されて、この流体チャンバーとこの容器の外部との間の連絡を作製し、この容器に流体を導入する手段またはこの容器から流体を排出する手段を提供する。この開口管アセンブリは、代表的に、この容器の側壁に取り付けられた外側の開口管およびこの開口管内に同軸的に配置された膜管と呼ばれる第2の管を含む。この膜は、この開口管アセンブリをシールする膜またはダイアフラムを有する。この膜管は、代表的に、流体投与セットの針によって、穴があけられて、患者と流体で連絡するこの容器の内容物を配置する。
本発明は、医療用容器および食品容器のような、流動可能な物質の容器に使用するためのPVCを含まない開口管、PVCを含まない膜管、およびPVCを含まない閉鎖アセンブリを提供する。
本発明は、多くの異なる形態における実施形態が可能である。本発明の好ましい実施形態は、本開示が、本発明の原理の例示として考えられ、かつ本発明の広範な局面を、例示される実施形態に限定することが意図されないということの理解と共に開示される。
Iは、以下の成分のブレンドである:40重量%のポリプロピレン、40重量%のULDPE、10重量%の二量体脂肪酸ポリアミド、および10重量%のSEBS。
IIは、以下の4成分のブレンドである:38重量%のポリエステルポリエーテルブロックコポリマー(Hytrel)。2重量%のポリプロピレン、10重量%のEVA、および50重量%のSEBS。
IIIは、以下の5成分のブレンドである:27重量%のポリエステルポリエーテルブロックコポリマー、1重量%のポリプロピレン、7重量%のEVA、35重量%のSEBS、および30重量%のABS。
IVは、Shell Kraton KG 2705である。
Vは、以下の成分のブレンドである:45重量%のポリプロピレン、35重量%のULDPE、10重量%の二量体脂肪酸ポリアミド、および10%のSEBS。
Claims (18)
- PVCを含まない複数層の管構造体であって、該管構造体は、ポリマーブレンドの第1層と、PVCを含まない物質の複数成分ポリマーブレンドの、溶液に接触する第2層とを含み:
該第1層が、以下:
(a)該第1層の30重量%から50重量%の第1のポリオレフィンであって、ポリプロピレンおよびポリプロピレンコポリマーからなる群より選択される、第1のポリオレフィン、
(b)該第1層の0重量%から50重量%の第2のポリオレフィンであって、α−オレフィン含有ポリマーの第2のポリオレフィン、
(c)該第1層の0重量%から40重量%の高周波感受性ポリマーであって、
ポリアミド、
エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、
エチレンメタアクリル酸コポリマー、
ポリイミド、
ポリウレタン、
ポリエステル、
ポリウレア、
18重量%から50重量%の酢酸ビニルコモノマーを含有するエチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、
18重量%から40重量%のアクリル酸メチルコモノマーを含有するエチレンアクリル酸メチルコポリマー、および
15モル%から70モル%のビニルアルコールコモノマーを含有するエチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー、
からなる群より選択される高周波感受性ポリマー、ならびに
(d)第1層の0%から40%の第1の熱可塑性エラストマー
のブレンドであり、ここで、該(a)と該(b)とは異なる;
該第2層が、以下:
(e)該第2層の25重量%から55重量%の第2の熱可塑性エラストマー、
(f)該第2層の20重量%から45重量%のポリエステルポリエーテルブロックコポリマー、
(g)低級アルキルビニルエステルと共重合された、該第2層の0%から15%のエチレン、
(h)該第2層の0重量%から10重量%の第2のプロピレン含有ポリマー、ならびに
(i)該第2層の0重量%から35重量%の成分であって、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレンブロックコポリマー、スチレンエチレンブテンコポリマー、スチレンアクリロニトリルコポリマー、環式オレフィン含有ポリマー、および架橋された多環式オレフィン含有ポリマーからなる群より選択される成分、
を含み、ここで、該(e)と該(f)とは異なる、管構造体。 - 請求項1に記載の管構造体であって、前記第2層が、前記第1層内に同軸的に取り付けられた、管構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1層が、前記第2層内に同軸的に取り付けられた、管構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の管構造体であって、前記ポリアミドが以下:
2から13の範囲の炭素数を有するジアミンの縮合反応から生じる脂肪族ポリアミド、2から13の範囲の炭素数を有する二酸の縮合反応から生じる脂肪族ポリアミド、環状アミドの開環反応から生じる脂肪族ポリアミド、二量体脂肪酸の縮合反応から生じるポリアミド、およびアミド含有コポリマー
からなる群より選択される、管構造体。 - 請求項1に記載の管構造体であって、前記ポリアミドが、二量体脂肪酸ポリアミドである、管構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1のポリオレフィンが、2個から17個の炭素を有するαーオレフィンからなる群より選択されるモノマーと共重合されたプロピレンである、管構造体。
- 請求項6に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1のポリオレフィンが、該第1のポリオレフィンの1重量%から8重量%のエチレン内容物を有するプロピレンおよびエチレンのコポリマーである、管構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1の熱可塑性エラストマーが、第1のスチレンおよび炭化水素コポリマーからなる群より選択される、管構造体。
- 請求項8に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1の熱可塑性エラストマーが、無水マレイン酸で官能基化されている、管構造体。
- 請求項9に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1の熱可塑性エラストマーが、スチレン−エチレン−ブテン−スチレンブロックコポリマーである、管構造体。
- 請求項10に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1の熱可塑性エラストマーが、スチレンおよび炭化水素のジブロックコポリマー、スチレンおよび炭水化物のブロックコポリマー、ならびにスチレンおよび炭化水素のスターブロックコポリマーからなる群より選択される、管構造体。
- 請求項9に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1の熱可塑性エラストマーが、カルボン酸、カルボン酸エステル、カルボン酸無水物、エポキシド、および一酸化炭素からなる群より選択される基で官能基化されている、管構造体。
- 請求項12に記載の管構造体であって、前記第1の熱可塑性エラストマーが、無水マレイン酸で官能基化されている、管構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の管構造体であって、前記第2のスチレンおよび炭化水素のコポリマーが、スチレンおよび炭化水素のジブロックコポリマー、スチレンおよび炭化水素のトリブロックコポリマー、スチレンおよび炭化水素のスターブロックコポリマーならびにこれらのブレンドからなる群より選択される、管構造体。
- 請求項14に記載の管構造体であって、前記第2の熱可塑性エラストマーが、スチレン−エチレン−ブテン−スチレンブロックコポリマーである、管構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の管構造体であって、前記第2のポリオレフィンが、エチレンモノマーと共重合されたα−オレフィンである、管構造体。
- 請求項16に記載の管構造体であって、前記第2のポリオレフィンが、エチレンおよびα−オレフィンのコポリマーである、管構造体。
- 請求項17に記載の管構造体であって、前記エチレンおよびα−オレフィンのコポリマーが、単一部位触媒を用いて得られる、管構造体。
