Claims (2)
- 間隔を存して配列される複数のフィンと、これらフィンを貫通する吸熱管とを有する吸熱体を、燃焼室を形成する内胴の上部に装着して成る給湯用熱交換器の製造方法であって、吸熱体と内胴とを炉中ろう付けで結合するものにおいて、
炉中ろう付け後に、内胴にプレス加工で補強用のビードを形成すると共に、
ビードは、内胴の下縁に近接する箇所に形成された内胴の下縁に沿う下縁補強ビードを含み、
下縁補強ビードの形成箇所に、下縁補強ビードよりも加工量の少ない下加工ビードを炉中ろう付け前にプレス加工しておくことを特徴とする給湯用熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記内胴の下縁に、炉中ろう付け前に、ヘミング加工により折返し部を形成し、この折返し部の少なくとも先端部分が前記下縁補強ビードの形成箇所に入り込むようにすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の給湯用熱交換器の製造方法。
