Description
1つの流体薬剤成分を貯蔵部に供給するステップと、
薬剤受容媒体を設けるステップと、
貯蔵部を流体液滴生成器に流体接続させるステップと、
流体液滴生成器を起動するステップであって、それにより様々に選択された量の1つの薬剤成分を薬剤受容媒体に噴射する、起動するステップとを含む。
Claims (14)
- 薬剤1回服用分を作る方法であって、
1つの流体の薬剤成分を複数の貯蔵部の1つに供給するステップと、
バリア成分を前記複数の貯蔵部の他の1つに供給するステップと、
薬剤受容媒体を設けるステップと、
前記複数の貯蔵部の1つおよび他の1つをそれぞれ専用の流体液滴生成器に流体接続させるステップと、
前記複数の貯蔵部の1つに関連する流体液滴生成器を作動させ、それにより前記1つの薬剤成分を様々に選択される量で、前記薬剤受容媒体に噴射するステップと、
前記複数の貯蔵部の他の1つに関連する流体液滴生成器を作動させ、それにより前記バリア成分を前記薬剤受容媒体に定量供給し、先に定量供給された1つの薬剤成分を前記薬剤受容媒体にシールするステップと
を含むことを特徴とする薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。 - 前記薬剤成分を供給するステップは、前記1つの薬剤成分を、前記流体液滴生成器に流体接続された交換可能な貯蔵部に供給するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。
- 前記薬剤成分を供給するステップは、複数の薬剤成分のそれぞれを別個の貯蔵部に供給するステップをさらに含み、貯蔵部のそれぞれは、複数の流体液滴生成器中の異なる1つに流体接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。
- 前記薬剤成分を供給するステップは、複数の薬剤成分を、複数チャンバを有する1つの貯蔵部に供給するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。
- 薬剤成分パラメータ情報格納デバイスを前記貯蔵部上に設けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。
- 前記流体液滴生成器の作動を制御し、前記1つの薬剤成分の選択可能な量を定量供給するための制御部を設けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。
- 前記1つの薬剤受容媒体に定量供給される前記1つの薬剤成分の選択された量を特定する信号を、遠隔信号源から前記制御部に供給することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。
- 前記1つの薬剤成分の様々に選択可能な量が前記薬剤受容媒体に定量供給された後、前記薬剤受容媒体の重量を測定するステップであって、それにより前記1つの薬剤成分が選択された量で定量供給されたことを判定する、重量を測定するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。
- 前記薬剤受容媒体の重量を、空の薬剤受容媒体の重量および前記1つの薬剤成分の様々に選択される量の重量に対応する、基準重量と比較するステップであって、それにより前記1つの薬剤成分が前記様々に選択された量で前記薬剤受容媒体に完全に定量供給されたことを確認する、比較するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の薬剤1回服用分を作る方法。
- 薬剤受容媒体上に薬剤1回服用分を作るための装置であって、
1つの流体薬剤成分をおよびバリア成分を独立して貯蔵する、複数の貯蔵部と、
前記複数の貯蔵部のそれぞれに流体接続された流体液滴生成器と、
前記1つの流体薬剤成分を様々に選択された量で前記薬剤受容媒体に噴射し、続いて前記バリア成分を前記薬剤受容媒体上に噴射された前記1つの流体薬剤成分上に噴射するように前記流体液滴生成器を作動させる制御部とを備えることを特徴とする薬剤受容媒体上に薬剤1回服用分を作るための装置。 - 前記制御部に接続された信号通信受信機と、外部電気通信ネットワークとをさらに備え、前記通信受信機は、遠隔信号源からの前記1つの薬剤成分の様々に選択可能な量を特定する信号を、前記制御部に伝達することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の 薬剤受容媒体上に薬剤1回服用分を作るための装置。
- 前記貯蔵部および前記流体液滴生成器に搭載された情報格納素子をさらに備え、前記情報格納素子は、前記制御部に電気的に接続可能であり、前記薬剤成分および前記流体液滴生成器の少なくとも1つのパラメータの通信可能な情報を、前記制御部に供給することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の薬剤受容媒体上に薬剤1回服用分を作るための装置。
- 薬剤1回服用分を作るための装置において使用可能な交換可能なカートリッジであって、前記装置は、該薬剤1回服用分を示すデータを受け取り、少なくとも1つの薬剤成分の液滴およびバリア成分を、薬剤受容媒体に定量供給する制御部を備え、前記交換可能なカートリッジは、
前記少なくとも1つの薬剤成分および前記バリア成分を独立して貯蔵する、複数の貯蔵部と、
前記複数の貯蔵部に流体接続されていて、前記複数の貯蔵部の1つから前記薬剤受容媒体に液滴を定量供給し、続いて前記複数の貯蔵部の他の1つから前記バリア成分を前記薬剤受容媒体上に噴射された前記1つの流体薬剤成分上に定量供給する、流体液滴生成器とを備えることを特徴とする交換可能なカートリッジ。 - 前記貯蔵部および前記流体液滴生成器に搭載された情報格納素子をさらに備え、前記情報格納素子は、前記制御部に電気的に接続可能であり、前記薬剤成分および前記流体液滴生成器の少なくとも1つのパラメータの通信可能な情報を、前記制御部に供給することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の交換可能なカートリッジ。
