Claims (9)
- 両端部の入り口から2本の鉄筋を各々挿入しても十分な隙間がある断面積を有し、内側の面の一部には上記鉄筋の表面のリブに対応する凹凸面が形成されている円筒形状のスリーブ、上記スリーブの内側の面と上記鉄筋の表面に強い側圧が作用するよう上記スリーブと上記鉄筋の間の隙間に嵌めこまれ、上記2本の鉄筋の確実な接合を達成させるくさびを包含し、
上記くさびは、上記スリーブとほぼ同じ長さを持ち、上記スリーブと上記鉄筋との間の隙間に収まるように形作られ、上記鉄筋と接する面に鉄筋のリブの形状に対応する凹凸面が形成される中間部材を含み、上記スリーブと上記中間部材の間に上記スリーブの中央の向かって徐々に狭くなる隙間を持ち、ハンマー等の打撃手段により上記スリーブと上記中間部材の間の隙間に嵌めこまれる2つのくさびを包含し、
上記2つのくさびの内の1つには縦に貫通するボルト孔が形成され、もう一方のくさびにはボルトを締めるための雌ネジ孔が形成されることにより、ボルトをくさびの雌ネジ孔に締付けると、くさびが、スリーブと中間部材の間に引き込まれ、固定されることを特徴とする鉄筋継手具。 - 両端部の入り口から2本の鉄筋を各々挿入しても十分な隙間がある断面積を有し、内側の面の一部には上記鉄筋の表面のリブに対応する凹凸面が形成されている円筒形状のスリーブ、上記スリーブの内側の面と上記鉄筋の表面に強い側圧が作用するよう上記スリーブと上記鉄筋の間の隙間に嵌めこまれ、上記2本の鉄筋の確実な接合を達成させるくさびを包含し、
上記くさびは、上記スリーブとほぼ同じ長さを持ち、上記スリーブと上記鉄筋との間の隙間に収まるように形作られ、上記鉄筋と接する面に鉄筋のリブの形状に対応する凹凸面が形成される中間部材を含み、上記スリーブと上記中間部材の間に上記スリーブの中央の向かって徐々に狭くなる隙間を持ち、ハンマー等の打撃手段により上記スリーブと上記中間部材の間の隙間に嵌めこまれる2つのくさびを包含し、
上記2つのくさび各々に縦に貫通するボルト孔が形成されることにより、上記くさびはボルトとナットの締付で上記スリーブと上記中間部材の間に互いに引き込まれ固定されることを特徴とする鉄筋継手具。 - 両端部の入り口から2本の鉄筋を各々挿入しても十分な隙間がある断面積を有し、内側の面の一部には上記鉄筋の表面のリブに対応する凹凸面が形成されている円筒形状のスリーブ、上記スリーブの内側の面と上記鉄筋の表面に強い側圧が作用するよう上記スリーブと上記鉄筋の間の隙間に嵌めこまれ、上記2本の鉄筋の確実な接合を達成させるくさびを包含し、
上記くさびは、上記スリーブとほぼ同じ長さを持ち、上記スリーブと上記鉄筋との間の隙間に収まるように形作られ、上記鉄筋と接する面に鉄筋のリブの形状に対応する凹凸面が形成される中間部材を含み、上記スリーブと上記中間部材の間に上記スリーブの中央の向かって徐々に狭くなる隙間を持ち、ハンマー等の打撃手段により上記スリーブと上記中間部材の間の隙間に嵌めこまれる2つのくさびを包含し、
上記中間部材は、磁石により上下に互いに重なった状態で接する第1中間部材と第2中間部材からなり、上記第2中間部材の底面には鉄筋の表面に対応する凹凸面が形成され、上記第1中間部材と上記第2中間部材とはお互いに各々の接触面に形成された鋸歯状の凹凸でかみ合わされることにより、上記中間部材の位置をスリーブに対して正確に調整可能となっていることを特徴とする鉄筋継手具。 - 上記スリーブの内側の中間部には、上記鉄筋を挿入する長さを制限するためのストッパーが突出形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄筋継手具。
- 上記鉄筋の端部が位置する上記スリーブの内側の中間部分は、上記鉄筋の端部のバリ等の突出部分を収容できる空間が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄筋継手具。
- 上記スリーブの外面には、コンクリートの付着力を向上させるために、鉄筋のリブと類似の形状の、環状及び縦のリブが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄筋継手具。
- 上記第2中間部材の上記鉄筋と接する凹凸面は、上記鉄筋の環状のリブのピッチの半分に該当するピッチの複数の溝であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鉄筋継手具。
- 上記鉄筋の表面と直に接する上記スリーブの凹凸面には、上記鉄筋の表面を圧迫するように複数の突起を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の鉄筋継手具。
- 両端部の入り口から2本の鉄筋を各々挿入しても十分な隙間がある断面積を有し、内側の面の一部には上記鉄筋の表面のリブに対応する凹凸面が形成されている円筒形状のスリーブ、上記スリーブの内側の面と上記鉄筋の表面に強い側圧が作用するよう上記スリーブと上記鉄筋の間の隙間に嵌めこまれ、上記2本の鉄筋の確実な接合を達成させるくさびを包含し、
上記くさびは、上記スリーブとほぼ同じ長さのくさびを含み、上記スリーブと上記鉄筋との間の隙間に納まるように形作られ、上記鉄筋と接し、上記鉄筋と接する面に鉄筋のリブの形状に対応する凹凸面が形成される中間部材を含み、スリーブに挿入される鉄筋と直角方向に、スリーブに内側が徐々に狭くなる2つのくさび挿入孔を含み、上記くさび挿入孔からハンマー等の打撃手段によりスリーブに圧入される2つのくさびを含み
上記2つのくさびは、互いに端部が連結され、U字形クランプの形状を有することを特徴とする鉄筋継手具。
