Description
例えば、分子内に炭素数が11〜28の疎水性基と1個の水酸基またはカルボキシ基を極性基として有する化合物を配合することで、洗い流しやすさおよび安定性の両方を改善した液状油性皮膚洗浄料や(特許文献1参照)、ジ分岐脂肪酸ポリエチレングリコールを配合することで、水の多配合を可能とし、さっぱりさを改善したオイル状クレンジング化粧料が開発されている(特許文献2参照)。
本発明は上記したような従来の事情に対処してなされたもので、温度安定性、経時安定性の高い油状組成物を提供することを目的とする。
本発明者は、特にヨウ素価が80〜100である紅花油を40〜95質量%配合した油状組成物の経時安定性を、脂肪酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルおよび水を含有することにより高めた技術である。
水の含有量は油状組成物全量に対して、0.1〜5.0質量%である。0.1質量%未満では低温安定性が悪くなり、5.0質量%を超えて配合すると、系の均一性が損なわれ、低温で沈殿を生じる場合があり好ましくない。
本発明の油状組成物は、液状又は増粘したペースト状として用いることができる。
組成中の油溶性原料を均一に混合溶解し、その中に水溶液を攪拌混合し油状クレンジング化粧料を得た。
試料(実施例、比較例の液状クレンジング化粧料)を、ガラス瓶に充填し、調製直後の状態、及び0℃、室温(25℃)、50℃の恒温槽で1ヶ月保存した後の外観を5℃保存品と比較し下記の基準で判定した。
外観が試作直後と比較して全く変化のないものを○、やや変化するものを△、変化が大きいものを×として判定した。
上記の調製方法で次の表1〜表3に示す油状クレンジング化粧料を製造し、安定性を評価した。その結果を併せて表1〜表3に示す。

各成分を加熱混合して原液とし、常法により原液93.0部と噴射剤のLPG7.0部をエアゾール缶に充填してエアゾールメーキャップ洗浄料を得た。
Claims (3)
- ヨウ素価が80〜100である紅花油40〜95質量%と、脂肪酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリル1〜20質量%と、水0.1〜5質量%とを含有し、脂肪酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルがポリオキシエチレン基の重合度が10〜30であるトリイソステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルであることを特徴とする油状組成物。
- 紅花油中のオレイン酸トリグリセライド含有率が70質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油状組成物。
- 油状組成物がクレンジング化粧料であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の油状組成物。
