Description
例1 ヒドロキシル官能樹脂の合成
ヘキシメタレンイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート78g(0.4モル)、トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)アミノメタン48.5g(0.4モル)及びブチルカルビトール70gを3リットル入りフラスコに量り入れる。最初は、反応混合物は澄明である。トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)アミノメタンが反応を開始すると、混合物は発泡する。固体混合物をパイント容器に移し、ブチルカルボトール56gで希釈する。生じる溶液の不揮発性(non-voltatile)パーセントは50%である。樹脂調製物をメラミン架橋結合樹脂と共に溶剤中に取り入れる。溶液含有塗料を、ホスフェート化スチールプレート上に塗膜として塗布する。塗膜を30分間260°Fで硬化させる。硬化塗膜は、200以上のMEK摩擦を示す。
イソホロンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート0.4モルを、ヘキシメタレンジイソシアネートイソシアヌレートの代わりに使用することを除いて、例の手順を実施する。樹脂調製物をメラミン架橋結合樹脂と共に溶剤中に取り入れる。溶液含有塗料をホスフェート化スチールプレート上に塗膜として塗布する。塗膜を30分間260°Fで硬化させる。硬化塗膜は、200以上のMEK摩擦を示す。
Claims (20)
- (A)(1)2個以上のイソシアネート基を有するポリイソシアネート及び
(2)2個以上のヒドロキシル基及び1個のアミノ基を有する反応性化合物
の尿素反応生成物であるヒドロキシル官能成分及び
(B)ヒドロキシル官能成分上のヒドロキシル基に反応性の多数の基を含む成分
から成る被覆組成物。 - 反応性化合物は3個のヒドロキシル基を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ポリイソシアネートは3個のイソシアネート基を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 成分(B)は封鎖されたイソシアネートを含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 更に、水、有機溶剤、顔料及びその組み合わせから成る群から選択される成分を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- b'は0である、請求項6に記載の樹脂。
- b''は0である、請求項6に記載の樹脂。
- aは3であり、b'及びb''の合計は3である、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項に記載のカルバメート官能樹脂。
- L及びBは4個以下の炭素のアルキレン基である、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項に記載の樹脂。
- L及びBはメチレンである、請求項10に記載の樹脂。
- Bはエステル結合を包含する、請求項6から11までのいずれか1項に記載の樹脂。
- 2個以上のイソシアネート基を有するポリイソシアネートと、1個のアミノ基及び2個以上のヒドロキシル基を有する反応性化合物とを反応させて、ヒドロキシル官能コアを形成させ、
ヒドロキシル官能コアをカルバモイル化させる段階から成る方法によって製造可能である、請求項6から11までのいずれか1項に記載の樹脂。 - 2個以上のイソシアネート基を有するポリイソシアネートと、1個のアミノ基及び2個以上のヒドロキシル基を有する反応性化合物とを反応させて、ヒドロキシル官能コアを形成させ、
ヒドロキシル官能コアをそれとカルボン酸無水物又はジカルボン酸と反応させることによって連鎖延長させて、カルボキシル官能コアを形成させ、
カルボキシル官能コアをエポキシ化合物と反応させて、ヒドロキシル官能中間体を製造し、かつ
ヒドロキシル官能中間体をカルバモイル化させる段階から成る方法によって製造可能である、請求項12に記載の樹脂。 - 請求項6から14までのいずれか1項に記載のカルバメート官能樹脂及び
カルバメート官能樹脂上のカルバメート基に反応性の多数の官能基を含む成分
を含む被覆組成物。 - 更に、顔料を含む、請求項15に記載の被覆組成物。
- カルバメート基をヒドロキシル官能コアに付加する段階から成る方法であって、コアは、2個以上のイソシアネート基を有するポリイソシアネートと、1個のアミノ基及び2個以上のヒドロキシル基を有する反応性化合物との反応生成物である、請求項6から14までのいずれか1項に記載のカルバメート官能樹脂を製造するための方法。
- カルバメート基付加段階は、カルバメート交換によるカルバメート基付加から成る、請求項17に記載の方法。
- カルバメート基付加段階は、ヒドロキシル官能コアと、イソシアネート基及びカルバメート基を含有する化合物との反応から成る、請求項17に記載の方法。
- カルバメート基付加段階は、
ヒドロキシル官能コアをカルボン酸無水物又はジカルボン酸で連鎖延長させて、カルボキシル官能コアを形成させ、
カルボキシル官能コアをエポキシ化合物と反応させて、ヒドロキシル官能中間体を製造し、かつ
ヒドロキシル官能中間体をカルバモイル化させる段階から成る、請求項17に記載の方法。
