Claims (7)
- リン酸塩イオンで汚染された電着塗装塗料組成物の処理方法であって、前記塗料組成物にケイ酸ジルコニウムを添加する工程を含む、処理方法。
- 主樹脂を含む陰極電着性結合剤およびブロック化ポリイソシアネート架橋剤を含む水性塗料組成物であって、
さらに、ケイ酸ジルコニウムを含み、及び
(a)ビスマス化合物およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるメンバーから本質的になる触媒を含むか、又は、
(b)水酸化ビスマス以外の少なくとも1種のビスマス化合物をさらに含み、スズ化合物を含まず、水酸化ビスマスを含まない、
水性塗料組成物。 - 選択肢(a)で、前記メンバーが、乳酸ビスマス、ジメチルプロピオン酸ビスマス、次硝酸ビスマスおよび次サリチル酸ビスマスの1種または複数種であり、
選択肢(b)で、前記少なくとも1種のビスマス化合物が、オクチル酸ビスマス、次硝酸ビスマスおよび次サリチル酸ビスマスの1種または複数種を含む、請求項2に記載の水性塗料組成物。 - 結合剤質量に対して2.0〜4.0質量%のケイ酸ジルコニウムを含む、請求項2または請求項3に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 導電性基材の塗装方法であって、前記基材を、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の水性塗料組成物の中に置く工程と、前記導電性基材を電気回路内において一電極として接続する工程と、前記水性電着塗料組成物を通して電流を通して、前記導電性基材上に塗装層を析出させる工程とを含む、塗装方法。
- 前記導電性基材が、陰極として接続される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性基材が、自動車車両ボデーまたは自動車部品である、請求項6に記載の方法。
